Total Family Eclipse

This is a YouTube video titled "Total Family Eclipse" created in August 2017 featuring Matt D. Smith and others including Shanna and Nixon. The content is a casual vlog-style recording capturing the anticipation and viewing of a solar eclipse, along with Matt discussing his recent content creation challenges and plans for future videos.
It is currently 12:04pm on August 21, 2017. This is Eclipse day, people. This is not a drill. No one's in the office and there's a big open kind of empty lot out there that will probably be able to look up at the sun. It's kind of hard to get work done knowing that the eclipse is looming.
So.
I think we're probably all going to be able to stand out here to watch it. All right, it's 1209 9. The moon is nowhere to be found. It has 50 minutes to get its butt over here. Until then, you can just watch the eclipse of my head. It's really hot out here, ac. It's kind of uneventful right now. I also just want to say to those of you who have subscribed to this channel, I've done a really crappy job over the last month, maybe even six weeks. I had this like big elaborate scheme for getting this like content schedule done and saying like six weeks ahead. Had these two big client projects that are overlapping. One of them is finishing and one of them is kind of ramping up. For a while I was just like busting out a bunch of work in the morning and sometimes at night just to keep, just to kind of stay afloat. And I just, I really did not have time to make the video. All of my time was prioritized for my client work. But I think that's going to change very soon. I do have like a content schedule, production schedule that I have in mind and I want it to kind of align with a new course that I'm creating. I have a tendency to try to make everything like perfectly planned out on paper before I will begin. And that's just been hindering me. I feel like I could have been making a few videos here and there. I still haven't even made a video about contrast. I've recorded some stuff about contrast. I have a whole vlog recorded of Sam and I like designing it and doing stuff. I just never edited it. I've got another vlog from a family vacation, like 90% edited that I never finished. And once you get backed up on footage, you just feel overwhelmed and you just kind of don't want to. You don't even know where to begin. Like should I do this old edit or should I get back started on my new stuff? Alright, back to our regularly scheduled waiting for the eclipse. Shanna should be getting here pretty soon. I don't have my protective glasses here with me, so I can't really look directly at the sun right now.
Wow. Thanks.
Look, look. Let me show you. Look. I look up to the sk. Look up to the sky. You see the sun.
We're a little concerned for Nixon's eyeball safety here. Feels like a. It's a good look for you, baby.
Thanks, baby.
See how close it is?
Yep. Got like, 15 minutes. What blows my mind is that they can actually calculate when it's going to happen.
My class has been sitting in their seats for two hours. It's just out. Let's go. Keep watching. Well, tell me. Tell me when it's happening. Gonna land the ground.
All right, that's it. That's the eclipse video. It's gonna be pretty anticlimactic from here. If you liked it, hit the thumbs up. If you didn't like it, hit the thumbs down. If you have a comment or a question about something you saw in the video, let me know in the comments below. More design videos coming soon. This is just like, you know, it's an eclipse video. Why would you not make it? Might as well, huh? You got, like, the camera, all that. I'm just gonna tidy up now. That's it. You can just go do something else now. Just gotta turn this back around. Turn around.
