Really, really important not to come off like a stalker. It's not like, hey, I saw your husband's name is blank. Let's chat next week. You're almost doing more research about how you can map things further on in your conversation. Coming right out the gate and acting like a stalker. Might not have the impact you want it to when you're just like, hey, I saw that you like this and I like this too, unless it's really obviously featured on their profile. So I'd say like, if it's on their LinkedIn page, green light, go ahead, you can mention it. People expect that. If it's something you found buried on their Twitter or their Facebook, don't mention it right away. Keep it in the back of your head for later when you're talking about things.
