A server can look fine while its logs reveal disaster. Closed tickets and happy clients mask real failures if you never check what actually happened underneath. The logs are screaming, but nobody's listening.
If the ticket got closed, the system worked. If the client calmed down, the communication worked. If the employee didn't complain, the workload worked. If they smiled on the call, they must be fine. Absolutely fucking not. This is like looking at a server that technically stayed online through a power surge and saying, great news, no infrastructure problems here. No. The logs are screaming. You just haven't looked.
