Working with the property managers, stay on his radar and be patient when things were slow in getting responses or trying to figure out what's going on. Okay, we need to not be so hard on this individual. It's just a tough property. It's not his fault. It's what we're dealing with in our property management when our owners call and say, hey, what's going on? It's the same thing. So, you know, we were able to see it from the other side. So that was interesting.
