How we managed it for a period on our own from a distance with just the point of contact, the on-site manager, which was pretty challenging, which quickly led us to hiring a local property manager and working through them and how they did a phenomenal job. But it also taught us how to how to be good owners, trying to figure out what's going on, just learning to trust. And you know, I think first you got to have a good person that you can trust, which we did.
