87% Of Bitcoin Is Owned by 1% of Network

In this opinion‑driven YouTube video, the speaker argues that the Bitcoin network suffers from extreme concentration, claiming that 87 % of all Bitcoin is owned by just 1 % of participants. He frames this as a betrayal of Satoshi Nakamoto’s original vision of a decentralized, freedom‑granting monetary system, warning that such centralization could enable the same kind of control governments have over fiat currencies. The speaker contrasts Bitcoin’s ownership distribution with Dogecoin’s, noting that Dogecoin’s largest holder controls about 30 % of the supply, which he suggests is still less problematic than Bitcoin’s 87 %/1 % ratio. He then introduces the Bitcoin MYK project, describing it as a freemium, social‑media‑styled platform that mints its own token without requiring purchase, aiming for broader distribution and true decentralization. The video promotes universal basic income (UBI) as a mass‑adoption vehicle, claims Bitcoin MYK will be more deflationary than Bitcoin through an accelerated halving schedule, and positions the project as a solution to Bitcoin’s perceived centralization. Throughout, the speaker urges viewers to improve their financial literacy, research projects, and consider switching to Bitcoin MYK, ending with a typical YouTube call‑to‑action.

Welcome back to the channel. I hope you're having a great day. So today, a very important topic to discuss: 87% of Bitcoin is owned by 1%. 87% of the Bitcoin network is owned by 1% of the network. Let's take a knee here, guys, and, uh, I want to speak with the cryptocurrency community for a moment, and, uh, we want to have a serious conversation about this. Can you imagine if, um, we got the opportunity to have a conversation with Satoshi Nakamoto or the Satoshi Group, whatever it may be? If we got the opportunity to have a discussion with him and we were able to speak to him about 87% of his network being owned by 1% of his network, and then comparing that to the problems he found in our standard economy, making a comparison of that to what we've tried to get away from. And can you imagine what his thoughts would be on that? Can you imagine what Satoshi's thoughts would be on only 13% of the entire Bitcoin network being owned by you yourself and I. Just, just think a moment about that before you start talking about scams and decentralization and lack of transparency. Let's take a moment and think about what a very small group of network controllers can do to this network. Have you done that? Have you thought seriously about that? Or are you still so blinded by money and greed and your portfolio that that's not even important to you. And I get it, I really do. I get it. I get to have an investment in cryptocurrency and that it has performed better than any investment you could think of or dream of. And to give that up for something as, uh, less important as who controls the network. But let me, um, say this about that. You know, before cryptocurrency came on scene, uh, some of us had, uh, where it comes to finances, pretty good financial lives, right? Some of us lived very well before cryptocurrency came into the picture. Some of us had great investments in different financial vehicles that maybe didn't perform as good as Bitcoin but performed well. So some of us having a profitable investment is not the be-all end-all for all of us. We've had that before, but the entire concept of Bitcoin What supposedly drove many of us to Bitcoin, the Bitcoin narrative, right? Much of that was based on freedom, right? Freedom and independence from when governments could decide what to do with our fiat currencies. Well, this 87% of, of, uh, of the Bitcoin network that's controlled by 1% of the people, uh, has it ever dawned on any of us that they can do similar to what governments can do with their network of fiat currencies? They can do with our network of cryptocurrencies. Has that ever dawned on us? There is no accident that you're looking at the Bitcoin MYK project. Some of you, this may be your first time hearing about it. You may not know what it is. Now let me say this about that. It is all of our personal responsibility in cryptocurrency, in our financial lives, in or out of cryptocurrency, to be responsible for your financial literacy. That's the same in cryptocurrency. If you don't know about a project That's not necessarily the project's fault. That's your fault, because your job is, especially if it's your money and you're concerned about it, is to do research, is to look for proper projects. And they are out there, and the information is out there, but you have to do that. And so the BitcoinNYK project has been around And as you're looking at it, it probably looks similar to things that you have seen before across the internet, across social media. Um, but here's the, here's the thing about it, right? Let's go back to this, uh, speaking about Satoshi Nakamoto. We go tell Satoshi Nakamoto that 87% of his network is owned by 1% of the population. It's, it's even ridiculous to say it. And what you're looking at here is the Bitcoin and YK networks. No accident the Bitcoin's in front. Because the reason that Bitcoin is there is because we feel the Bitcoin MYK project is more legit as being a version of Bitcoin as the Bitcoin network is. The Bitcoin MYK network interface looks like Facebook. It's not an accident either. Facebook has 2.5 billion users. That's almost the entire globe of well-distributed global information everybody is privy to. Even if you believe it's censored information or it's controlled information, that same degree of information is still privy to 2.5 billion people. The cryptocurrency space at its zenith only has about 100 million people if they're not duplicate accounts. I have about 6 Bitcoin accounts, about 6 Bitcoin wallets. Here's the point I'm making, guys. The Bitcoin MYK project, how it is composed, is composed to be a very user interface, a very user-friendly interface to attract people and things they do day to day in their every lives using social media. It's very easy to get involved in the network. It's very— you don't have to buy the cryptocurrency. Your participation mints the cryptocurrency. Okay, it is a freemium service, much like Facebook is a freemium service. You know what that does? That creates wide distribution, right? What it doesn't create is 87% of the network owned by 1%, which is a joke. Now, we recently had, uh, under the leadership of Elon Musk, we recently had, um, the, the, the, the big Dogecoin mania, right? So we had the big Dogecoin mania recently. And what happened with that? Um, Dogecoin went crazy. Everybody jumped to Dogecoin. Do you know what the network ownership of Dogecoin is in comparison to Bitcoin? It's not 87— it's not 87% owned by 1%. So that's a good thing, right? It's not quite that. It is more like 30% of the entire network owned by one person. Now that could even be worse than 87% of Bitcoin owned by 1% because within that 1% there could be several dozen entities or people or whatever. In Dogecoin, if I'm not mistaken, it's one person, right? It's one person with like 30%. Um, but can you imagine if a Bitcoin-like product had 2.5 billion users like Facebook has, and it carried on the network every day doing things we normally do, like we do from social media. This is what the Bitcoin MYK network is. It runs without the need It runs without the need of the cryptocurrency needing to be purchased. It runs without the need of speculation, right? It is a freemium service, so that is not required. It's also a lot of fun. Right. It is a network that is a lot of fun. Right. Universal basic income is a great idea. The greatest minds in the world have championed universal basic income. It is a mass adoption vehicle. It is a vehicle that gets cryptocurrency users hooked. For life. Universal basic income works. Universal basic income is a distribution machine that puts us on the path of equality, decentralization, democracy, and fairness. It does all these things in a neat little package. Bitcoin has went up in value something like, I believe, 3 million percent, right? Actually, 6 million percent. Come down around 30 million percent— 3 million percent, I'm sorry. Went up around 6 million percent since its inception, went down to about 3, 4 million percent where it's sitting now. That is a huge, tremendous return. That is a huge, tremendous return. But what Bitcoin has failed to do was remain decentralized. We have a choice to make between us, right? Are you going to use a project like Bitcoin MYK that's going to end up more decentralized, not only more decentralized but more deflationary than Bitcoin, as well as the Bitcoin MYK project has its version of the halving, but it's more, it's a more accelerated halving process, and it is a process that's going to have us trip about 4 times less the tokens to Bitcoin, right? We have to figure this out. Have we become so able to be bought off by speculation coins that do nothing and pump and dump, uh, projects or, uh, things that could be easily manipulated by one or two people? Have we become so enamored in things like that that we don't care anymore about how we make money? Is that what it is? Because this is not enough, folks. 1%, 87% of Bitcoin being owned by 1%. I don't care how you tally it up. I don't care what good stories you tell about Bitcoin. I don't tell, I don't care about all this. Hoopla about freedom. If 87% of your network is owned by 1%, you got a serious problem. And it's not a problem that's gonna be solved with rhetoric, but real data. Maybe it's time to try Bitcoin MYK. Because real projects, real freemium services, real vehicles of freedom don't cost the people any money to have a voice or use. If they do, they aren't freedom vehicles and you aren't freedom riders. But in Bitcoin and YK, you can be all of that, and I invite you to come over and try this. Try this while you still have some of your dignity left. That's all I want to say in this video.
