UBI - CIA Agent Explains Why Americans Will Never Get Universal Basic Income?

In this commentary video, the host introduces former CIA operative Andrew Bustamante, known from podcasts, and presents excerpts of Bustamante’s claims about how the United States government and the CIA deliberately shape society. Bustamante argues that society is engineered for the "average of the average"—a largely unmotivated, docile populace that serves as a reliable tax base and voting bloc. He describes CIA recruitment tactics that target highly empathetic, anxious individuals, using psychological testing and subliminal messaging to maintain control. The host connects these ideas to the lack of progress on universal basic income (UBI), suggesting that elite interests keep the majority complacent with promises of retirement while discouraging collective action for UBI. The video repeatedly emphasizes that most people are unaware or conditioned, likening them to characters in "The Matrix," and argues that this conditioning prevents widespread support for UBI. The host concludes with a call to share the video, join an alternative social network, and become aware of manipulation tactics, positioning awareness‑building as a way to counter the CIA‑style control and advance UBI.

Welcome back to the channel. I hope you guys are having a good weekend. So we're going to get into it today. We're going to talk about, um, the CIA, Central Intelligence Agency. I believe it came, uh, it was created in the 1960s, 19, late '50s, um, I guess you could call it America's spy network, the Central Intelligence Agency. Um, there it was, it had a name before that. I looked into the history of it some time ago. But, uh, a CIA operative or former operative by the name of Andrew Bustamante, right, you've probably seen him making his rounds on Joe Rogan and several other, uh, uh a large-scale podcast. He's given us a lot of information about how the government works and how they see, uh, whether it be policies or internal threats or outside threats. Uh, he's given us a, a pretty detailed guidebook on how the CIA operates. And I'm assuming, you know, this is information that was already out there, uh, before he released it. But he, uh, basically, uh, condenses it and, and puts it in terms many of us can understand. Uh, but the also the idea of just a former CIA operative, um, is kind of, uh, some people are a little skeptical of that. And even during certain podcasts, uh, Mr. Andrew Bustamante has been a part of, they've stopped him and said, hey, are you allowed to say that? Are you sure? And, uh, with the intelligence of someone like, uh, uh, this CIA agent, uh, you, you already know he's full aware of what he can say and what he can't say. And he kind of goes saying, well, this is— certain things have been released and so on. And he kind of gives off that impression like, okay, I'm pretty sure it's okay, I can say this or that. But, uh, many— that causes me to believe that he is some type of propaganda machine as well, uh, for the United States government that's pretty much still in operation, right? As if a CIA agent can ever go out of, uh, uh, operation with a, with a collection of, uh, uh, classified information and secrets. But anyway, uh, He had some very interesting points to make, and it got me to pose the question, is this part of the reason why we don't have universal basic income, a policy that could unite parties, that could basically unite the classes, that could end racism, that could cause world peace, could do all these things? And it's a question of, does the world even want Uh, would it be in the government's best interest, uh, ever powerful growing, uh, groups of government and interests of elite people, would it be in their best interest to create such a world? So we're going to listen at some of his points and see if they relate to the question of, um, is there a reason why, uh, it wouldn't be in the best interest for people to have universal basic income or the the, the government to allow it. So let's listen in a bit and see what we can come up with.
Society was built for the average of the average of the average. Yeah, somebody who's not very intelligent, who's not very motivated, who's not very talented. Society was built—
all right, let me stop right there. Right there, he comes out the gate with some very, very important, interesting points, right? That society was built— in other words, they've structured the government this way, they've structured, uh, society this way— is the average of the average of the average, right? So that means that these are going to be people that going to go with the flow, they're not going to go against the grain, um, they're going to be very docile in how they, uh, how they deal with information related to them and And that's gotta be perfect for any type of power structure that could represent the interests of key people who may not feel they're in that category. And so they have pulled themselves out of that category and now they're able to control those who are in those categories.
Stupid fucks, because that's what it takes to keep a government alive. It takes a whole army of stupid fucks paying taxes and doing a job they hate day in and day out all the time for the promise that one day they'll be able to retire.
For the promise, right? So he's explaining society, right? And if we put that in relation to universal basic income, right, what that basically translates to is we're not going to fight— you're not going to fight for universal basic income You're gonna run on the promise that things will work out for you if you day in and day out slave away in this capitalistic system, right? And so what that does then is that will distract you long enough not to keep up a fight. And what happens when you don't keep up a fight? Nothing changes, right? You can just keep coasting along. And universal basic income would be a fight for the people to have to say, to tell the government that you deserve your fair share as a citizen, and that your value brings as much to society, uh, as anybody else. In a sense, you know, that's how come if you listen at people like Elon Musk He's always saying the world doesn't have enough people. Remember, it used to be that we're over— we're concerned about overpopulation. And then Elon Musk started down that road of, no, no, no, no, you look at the population density as such and we don't have enough people. And so he's bringing it back. And then he went to having all those children and all that stuff. So he's bringing it back to the value is in the people. So if the value is in the human beings themselves, that means you are deserving of sharing said value. But if you can be manipulated into believing that you carry no value, that you have to go out there and slave away, and which point in time you get exploited for your work and so on, as long as you believe that for the next 60 years, right, nothing will change. And you'll ever go, you know, start to fall into a standard of living like many have done where they find out they can't buy a house. They can't retire, right? He says the promise to retire, meaning that even retirement itself, even after 60-something-odd years, that doesn't have to go well. And so in that case, you may work till you die, right? And so in that sense, he's, you know, when you compare that to universal basic income, something that could change, could dramatically change that verdict. Uh, it puts things into a different perspective.
If you don't have that, you have fucking anarchy. So what CIA does is it reaches into the society of dumb fucks, it puts out tests to find highly empathetic, highly anxious people. It says, we may have something that you guys are interested in, would you like to come for an interview? And then after you've passed all of their batteries, then they will look at you and they'll be like, truth is, society has been conditioned to be a bunch of dumb fucks.
So that kind of makes sense to me, right? What he's saying is that CIA operatives, right, anybody that the CIA brings into there, they were people who woke up, right? They were aware versus the unaware. Excuse me, let me stop this phone call interruption. Of course, people love to call me when I'm in the middle of doing a video, of course. But anyway, um, so he's saying that the CIA operatives are the already aware people, and much like those Matrix films, they woke up and they figured out everyone around them was crazy, right? You know, they didn't know any better. And in this example, right, when we talk about universal basic income, because the people who believe in it, UBI. A lot of times these appear to be higher than average IQ people. They're kind of aware of what's going on. They understand, uh, the, uh, the many philosophies around universal basic income. And, um, you know, not— you know, everybody has to start somewhere. They have to learn certain things. So this isn't about, you know, uh, trying to belittle people or something like that. Uh, the, the truth is most of us are average most of us are unaware. As the CIA, his job was to study that, right? So they already know when they go out to society and people, many times you're going to be unaware of this stuff. That's why, uh, when we go up to people a lot and we say Universal Basic Income, a lot of people still like, what? I've never— what is that? I've never heard of that. Because that's part of the unawareness that society has structured them to be. So what the CIA operative is saying is they woke up from that. Right? They figured it out. And because they figured it out, now the government knows they are the people they need to use because they can't control them or their minds. So now they're the people they need to use to control the other people, you know.
And we need that because without the dumb fucks, we don't have a tax base. We don't have a predictable population that we know is going to show up at 60% turnout rate to vote for the president every 4 years. Years. Like, without that—
so you guys are starting to see, understand where this video is going, right? You're understanding that. And what he's saying, it does, uh, resonate true. And that is you need these unaware people. He calls them dumb you-know-whats, um, as many of us do in the UBI communities, because, you know, a lot of times some of us seem to have this arrogant attitude, you know, which a lot of people don't like. And I think that makes the message even harder to spread, you know, uh, even though it's to their benefit. If we do a bad job spreading it, they still just cut off from anything you're saying after that, right? They don't— you know, uh, you can have the best idea in the world. I found out, uh, even amongst universal basic income people You can come with the best ideas in the world, and, uh, if their feelings get involved, and if you say something they just don't like, they just don't feel— they, they're not feeling it, as the people would say, uh, that's enough for them to just throw the baby out with the bathwater, shut off the entire idea. And whereas, uh, I'm aware not to do things like that, right? I can sift through it and I can see the useful information and even what a person I don't like says. The human psychology doesn't allow many people to do that. And that's what the CIA uses very efficiently, right? They say things you like in order to manipulate you, right? And so they will say all the things to make you feel better and so on. That's all part of the training. As I watch Mr. Andrew Boost the Money describe those type scenarios, right? So that's something I got to work on. I got to start saying the things people like to hear, uh, in order to push the message of universal basic income out there, right, if we want to get it. But this is also showing us why we probably won't get it, because, um, what Andrew Boost the Money is saying, that in order to keep societies running, you're gonna have to have those compliant people that are, they're gonna continue to vote for the policymakers and go work on the agenda of the elite plutocrat classes to keep the system running. They're gonna vote for the same people. They're gonna go to work like they're supposed to. They're gonna take the kids to soccer practice. They're not gonna ever be a CIA operative mindset because a CIA operative mindset, they are elite group of people, right? The government watched them and went after them because they knew they were different, right? They wouldn't have went up to the average person. And so when you compare this to universal basic income, and this is a question mostly for us in UBI who just can't seem to understand, we keep banging our heads up against the wall. Why would people work against their own best interests? Why don't they hear what we're saying about universal basic income? It is simply because they're unaware, right? They've been programmed to be that way. It's like they're in the Matrix, right? And they might think that they're making decisions on their own, But there are all types of, as Andrew's explained, there's all type of CIA subliminal messages. There's all types of marketing. There's all types of manipulation to only make them think to the point where they will fight tooth and nail to defend systems, right? For that promise of retirement that probably won't ever happen. And the thing is, the reality of the situation is a lot of people are finding out they can't retire and are working until they die, right? Because the retirement is not enough.
We don't have a working society. Would you like to do this job or would you like to go back to the dumb fuck pool? Society was built for the average of the average.
So I think Andrew does a good job of explaining that, right? And I think if we consider all of that, that there's a tremendous amount of manipulation under these people. That, um, you know, it'll make a lot more sense to us. Now, what can we do in a situation like that? Uh, well, much like how the CIA puts out subliminal messages, marketing information, and so on, at best we can only make people aware of what's happening to them in videos like this. So maybe you can just share this video across your social media if you can't do anything else. Put it on your social media pages and just hope people will watch videos like this and just allow themselves to ask the question, am I being manipulated? Are we being manipulated? What am I not seeing here? What is— what are these people talking about, about universal basic income, and why do they care so much about it? Uh, are machines really going to take my job? Do I really see robots doing that? Uh, or do I live in a system where I'm My, every time I work hard, my dollar is going to be, um, uh, weakened, right? It's going to be manipulated. It's got— it's going to be, uh, the price of it's going to fall. The inflation is going to kick in. I'm going to do the same amount of labor for less money, right? Uh, and that's almost like stolen labor in a sense, right? So I— so then I'm like a hamster in a wheel. I'm running but I'm not going anywhere, right? So it's going to be a situation like that. If I don't change anything, am I really gonna get that retirement? Am I really gonna be able to buy that house, right? Why does it take 3 jobs now instead of just 1? So when you ask, maybe this will get them asking questions like that, right? So anyway, guys, that's all I wanted to say in this video. You all tell me all what you think about information like this. Don't forget to join our social network. It is a way out of the matrix, right? Because we can come together, share ideas, control our media, information, marketing, the very things that the CIA use against you. So that's why networks like that are so important. So make sure you join today. We'll try to leave a link in the description. And until next time, as always, take care of yourselves and each other.
