Andrew Yang - Leaves Dems/Starting Own Crypto?/Forward Party

Andrew Yang left the Democrats to build the Forward Party, which the speaker sees as a vehicle for breaking the two-party system and funding universal basic income through cryptocurrency. Yang's strength is system-building rather than campaigning, and the speaker argues crypto and blockchain could deliver UBI at scale as automation reshapes the economy.

Welcome back to the channel, and I hope you all are having a great day. So today I want to talk about Andrew Yang. As many of us are now aware, he has left the Democratic Party, right? Um, so Andrew Yang, how moved to the more the independent camp, right? And be his focus now. Now, I agree with Andrew Yang on this. The Democrats have been, you know, in many ways, one of the worst areas for Andrew Yang. Now, we understand in politics that, you know, We seem to have this bicameral government where there's this dominancy between the Republicans and the Democrats. And I almost look at them as a giant political monopoly that the government shouldn't allow to exist, right? I almost look at it like we should have a minimum of maybe like 5 parties. That are dominant like that and that, that, you know, shouldn't be. We shouldn't be in it. And I know that's complicated, but we're, um, sorry guys for the interruptions. I'm just going to turn off my notifications. Okay, I think that should have got it. Around here we're raw and uncut. There are no retakes here. There are no edits here. So yeah, as I was saying, Andrew Yang is now focused on the Forward Party. And that was a lot of his campaign theme in the following election. That what Andrew wanted to do was he wanted to not really look left or right, but only forward, right? But we know politics doesn't quite work that way. We know that we have this monopoly. You either got to be a Democrat or Republican or you're not going to get enough support. Even if you do win, you're not going to get enough support when you get to the White House, when you get to political office you're after, unless you got friends in DC. So there are a lot of things that Andrew Yang probably already knew, but went ahead and experienced along the way. A lot of problems and walls that were going to be a big issue. But I kind of deep down feel like Andrew Yang didn't think he would really win this election, but was paving the way for this new party that is going to have a large impact on American politics. And there are going to be many political candidates that I believe are going to come out of the Forward Party that are going to take key positions. And this is very smart because it's kind of similar like what the Tea Party did, right? And then you start to get all these people who are going to be supporting universal basic income. And Andrew's smart enough to know that going forward into this, uh, technological future that they're going to see these big, uh, uh, issues with technology that are going to that affect the jobs of Americans. And those are one of the most important issues and they're gonna have to have a solution for that. And the forward party is gonna have all the solutions for that. And they're gonna be more mini-skilled politicians. Unfortunately, Andrew Yang was not a politician, right? He was a businessman. So, you know, even when he would take the stage, although his message was a very important one, and it's one a lot of people start to get behind. Being able to attract people to your personality and having that electrifying effect on people and being able to resonate with people, this isn't something Andrew Yang ever was his area. Creating systems, I think, is what Andrew Yang's talents are. So there are certain personalities that can pick up his mantle and he kind of be like the man behind the scenes, or he can kind of be on like the, the, um, cabinets and boards and so on and so forth. But I really don't think him being the front man in the political system— I was always concerned about that, even when I would analyze some of his debates. The effectiveness of him in debates were always problematic. And that is because many Americans, you know, when you're looking at the average person through a political lens, the average person is thinking on a very average level. Like, I got a problem and I just need it solved, right? And whoever can identify with them better, that could tap into their emotions the proper way, Those are the people who are usually going to be the candidates they choose. And Andrew Yang, just, that just wasn't his strong suit, right? Um, Andrew was not a very emotional candidate. He's a very calculated, math-like candidate, which is what we need. But we're not at a stage in American politics right now where everyday Americans can analyze situations like that. They're busy are working, the boots are being put on their necks, right? So they can't think in those terms. So Andrew Yang's gonna need other candidates in the forward party that I think will be able to take his message and present it to the Americans. And so, and I think Andrew Yang's gonna need to be on the trail with them and be very instrumental with them. But I think as far as politics for him directly, I think he needs to take a backseat to that. So I agree with his position. Get out of the Democrats, get away from the Republicans, focus on your own political party, and focus on a personality that resonates with the American people. The other thing I would say is that Andrew's not gonna be the only person leaving the Democratic Party. I am myself gonna be leaving the Democratic Party. I was always more independent than anything. But in these last elections, I've certainly been on the side of the Democrats. Now I want to go someplace else. I prefer to be on the side of the Forward Party, right? So I'll be joining them with Andrew Yang. Now, the part of the problem in the past has been we never had a serious platform for universal basic income. Up until now, Andrew Yang has been the only, uh, to be even taken serious candidate on universal basic income. Prior to that, uh, people have run with that as part of their platform, but not as, uh, specific as Andrew Yang's, uh, campaign was with universal basic income. So there's been several candidates have, have had it up there enough for you to see it, But these parties generally and movements generally go over the head of the American people. One big party that was pushing universal basic income was the Transhumanist Party. Now, people hear that idea of transhumanism and they freak out, right? It seems like something out of Terminator or some weird cult. And to make matters worse, the guy running for president of the Transhumanist Party He had a strange name like Zoltan, and, you know, he almost sounded like— he seemed like an alien or something, you know, or something. And that just, you know, that is gonna be hard to take that serious, right, uh, for the American people, right? And especially with universal basic income to many of them being such a, uh, polarizing idea, and that many people just don't even really understand how money works, so they can't quite understand the idea that people can just get something seemingly for nothing. And, uh, these are the complexities of economics. And as we move forward and our monetary system evolves, ideas like cryptocurrency where we can just create this money and, uh, people can receive economic prosperity from it seemingly out of nowhere These are new concepts being introduced to the American people, and it's going to take them maybe another 5 years to digest it or 10 years to really get a grip on it, right? Um, that said, I also want to just move into what Andrew Yang— if you're a Yang Gang supporter like myself, if you're probably going to be entering into the, uh, uh, Forward Party, make sure you tag Andrew. Make sure you let Andrew Yang know that you know, that I think are very— or give him this video. But I think a very important thing for Andrew to understand is going to be too as well, that a lot of his more impactful ideas now are going to exist in areas of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. Instead of the American people going and trying to get money from the government directly, going through all these political parties fighting. We have so much power with ourselves now through technology and, uh, platforms, Bitcoin, many cryptocurrencies, Ethereum, Cardano. They have showed us that we can create very sizable market caps of currencies and move economic prosperity to people, not just in the United States, but all across the world. And I think that would be a good place to start. What's more strong than not just trying to deal with the economics in America or the money that may or may not exist in America, but dealing with it on a global scale, being able to pull together many nations of peoples of funds into solving what is really a global issue. And that is providing sustenance and the means of living for many people around the globe. So Andrew Yang needs to start his own cryptocurrency. I believe it will be very effective. I believe it will be easy for him to keep up with legal compliance on it because I believe from Silicon Valley and many of those who favor him in the tech industry, they will put up the money for him to meet every security concern with the US government, with the SEC. Um, and this could work more like a foundation or charity. We're using the cryptocurrency to give out the universal basic income, like projects I'm involved in with many other projects that are doing universal basic income through the blockchain. But with his name and with his fame, uh, and with his support Uh, this is something I'm shocked Andrew Yang hasn't thought about yet, right? There's some— but I imagine the reason he hasn't done it is because we got to remember cryptocurrency is still in itself to many Americans, uh, teetering on the line of what some might be calling, uh, illegal or scammy-like. And, um, you know, you certainly want to get educated about them, you certainly want to know the law about them, you certainly want to understand how they work. Um, but I, you know, I think that's been, um, no doubt that narrative has been shown to be, uh, bunk in that, um, you know, people are using cryptocurrencies, uh, you know, legally all throughout the country, right? There are companies everywhere. It's on many national exchanges. So cryptocurrency isn't a scam. There are scam artists that are in cryptocurrency, right? But that you can't throw the baby out with the bathwater just because there have been successful big scams. There have been all successful scams use the US dollar, but the US dollar is not considered a scam in itself just because players use scams that involve the US dollar. So that's how we should think about that. Uh, now the BitcoinNYK.com universal basic income, uh, uses ideas like Andrew proposed. Uh, it uses, uh, social media, the oil of the 21st century, to create its value and give it back to the people who use the system, right? And, um, they're able to get these— this universal basic income every month. Now what is needed to happen is we're going to certainly need for people to, uh, uh, participate. The more people come into the network, the more valuable it becomes, the more everybody's able to collect more universal basic income value-wise, right? So we, we need people coming in, join us. Absolutely free. It doesn't cost you a dime, right? And that's all you need to be worried about. And you will see that the money is real and that you can move it, right? Now, the significance of the money, how much it is, going to depend a great deal how many people come in and start to actually use this as a daily currency. But someone like Andrew Yang would have no problem with this, right? He would do this effectively. He would have an effective cryptocurrency. So I would get behind him to either create one or endorse the best of them, right, and work hand in hand. And they need to listen to him as well for him to implant some of his ideas and strategies into it, because a lot of the universal basic income, basic income projects and programs that exist on the blockchain do so from a very capitalistic business model that doesn't work well with it. And so it needs to be many changes to it. I think our project does a great job of it. We're gonna leave a link for it in the description so you can get your free basic income coming through every month for it. But tell all your friends about it, has a referral program. Get involved, tell Andrew Yang about it. If he doesn't want to do his own cryptocurrency. And, uh, you know, at the end of the day, as Americans, it's our responsibility to, uh, know our politics, know the laws of our land, uh, be participatory in it and not just, you know, talk about what needs to happen. It's going to take us. And, uh, um, part of the reason I believe why Andrew's leaving the Democratic Party is because the members of the Democratic Party did a bad job of supporting him. Like, it is our responsibility to find out how we're gonna survive into the future without jobs when automation takes over. It's also our personal responsibility. You know, it's not someone else's responsibility at the end of the day to feed your family. It is your responsibility to get educated about your local politics, the laws of your land, what you can do for yourself, Understanding that you don't live on an island, but you live interconnected to everybody in the nation, right? And so you gotta work together, you gotta work for people, you gotta create jobs for people, you gotta do business with people, right? You gotta protect your local communities and so on and so forth. You know, you don't just go home at the end of the day. And in our political system and how our money works, we just go home and we let the politicians spend it how they want. And that's what many of the Democrats, people in the Democratic Party have done. They didn't vote for Andrew Yang, they didn't support Andrew Yang. They supported candidates who were gonna spend their money like it's theirs, how they want, and not get things done for them that need to be done. It is your personal responsibility. Let me give you an example. So a lot of Democrats who didn't support Andrew Yang, every Democrat should have supported Andrew Yang. So if you're one of those Democrats who didn't do it, you need to do a lot of self-exploration because we've supported politicians who have over the last 20 years spent over $300 million per day, trillions of dollars, trillions upon trillions of dollars over the last 20 years on a war in Afghanistan, in Iraq that has benefited us benefited us absolutely nothing. We saw how they had to withdraw out of Afghanistan. We got absolutely nothing. Show us what we got from that. We didn't even get any more safety, right? The nations, other terrorist nations are still all over the globe we can't go, we can't do anything about. You know what I mean? We got absolutely nothing, Tricia. And these are the same people who go around talking about, oh, we can't afford universal basic income. but they were okay with voting for people who were willing to do those kind of things, right? You see how it doesn't make sense? How we come up with this stuff? But I want to reiterate this, that if you don't do anything, nothing will get done. And there are so many things you can do. One thing you could do if you don't know what to do is watch this channel, interact with us, ask questions about what you can do. Ask questions about how our basic income works and why it works. Ask the question why you're not part of it and you should be, right? Because this is all your responsibility, right? It's not those people in DC's. They go there ideally to support your ideas and represent you, but that doesn't mean that your job is done. It's just, it's the same way, just like if you go to a doctor, when you go to a doctor, you, your job is to tell them your aches and pains. Right? It's not for him to figure out what's wrong with you. You work with your doctor, right? And that's how we have to work with our politicians in the government. We can't just say, oh, it's them and we're over here. No, they're supposed to be representing us. We have to keep them in check, right? So if you're not doing anything like that, if you think you're powerless, these are all mistakes that are going to need to be corrected, right? Um, and so, um, let us help you do that. On this channel. Uh, we're gonna leave again in our description how you can get our basic income. And, uh, hopefully people like Andrew Yang, who has so much media reach, will use these, uh, type tactics to, um, you know, to why I can see now it will be most effective for him because he lost the presidential race, he lost the mayoral race, And so he cannot be any good to us in politics, right? If he can't win these elections, you know, I like Andrew, but you're not winning the elections. And that means we need another candidate who supports you, about who could connect with the people a little bit better. Where you are good at is you're fantastic on social media. And so you need to be the one creating the social media sites that are going to create the oil of the 21st century through our data. You need to be the one creating the Facebooks as a businessman that are going to give the value and those trillions of dollars back to the people. You need to be that. Uh, you're more— you would be more effective in that, right? Because the, the politics for most people are just a little bit too much. They don't understand it. Um, you know, they're concerned about it. And so this is how we get there, with cryptocurrency leading the way, with your media presence leading the way. And that's what we need to do without delay. But, uh, right again, link in the description, you get started with BitcoinMYK. That's all I want to say in this video. If you like content like this, don't forget like, subscribe.
