Andrew Yang - MSNBC Agenda/ Jimmy Kimmel

In this YouTube commentary, the presenter argues that mainstream media outlets, especially MSNBC, have systematically biased coverage against Andrew Yang and his Universal Basic Income (UBI) proposal, the Freedom Dividend. The speaker cites Yang’s tweet demanding an on‑air apology and equal treatment, claims that MSNBC misrepresents Yang’s polling numbers, and calls for legal restrictions on media involvement in politics and a consumer boycott of biased networks. The video then shifts to a critique of Andrew Yang’s appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Show, contending that Kimmel’s jokes and questions portray Americans as lazy and mischaracterize the Freedom Dividend. The presenter refutes the “UBI makes people lazy” myth by highlighting work‑ethic statistics, explaining that those unlikely to work would be stay‑at‑home parents or students, and arguing that a $1,000 monthly stipend would actually enable people to seek better jobs or start businesses. The commentary concludes with a call to action: viewers are urged to join a blockchain‑based UBI project that distributes a free cryptocurrency, to boycott biased media, and to like, subscribe, and share the video.

Welcome back to the channel. I hope you're having a great day. So today I want to talk Andrew Yang and what's been going on with MSNBC. Um, you know, this is something we've discussed in the past quite a bit, and that is the tremendous, uh, amount of influence media companies, uh, have over our democracy, right? That, um, you know, I think it should be illegal, as I've said many times, that it makes no sense at all. But, uh, of course As many of you all know, um, Andrew Yang tweeted about, um, being asked to appear on MSNBC, and he told them that he'd be happy to after they apologize on air and discuss— excuse me— and discuss and include campaign consistent with the polling, um, and allow surrogates from our campaign As they do other candidates, they think we need them. We don't. And Andrew's right, you know, it's time to really, uh, tell the truth about how these media companies have been just, you know, this, this, uh, travesty of what they've done with our elections. All right, um, you know, it just doesn't make any sense. He goes on and some of his tweets talk about all of the times that, uh, although his polling data has been much higher than the candidates, their favorite candidates they choose to represent, uh, that they've, uh, not shown that Yang's been polling much higher than many of these candidates. They have an agenda and they want to win, uh, you know, that they've, um, you know, on purpose called him by the wrong names, anything to throw people off. And, um, you know, it is time that, uh, you know, I think it should go as far as just being illegal for these, uh, uh, media companies to even be involved on the level of our politics like they are, that they be made to give everybody the same amount of time that they have to put out everybody's data, uh, when they, when they show it on their, on their broadcast, that they, um, you know, be held to this level or not be allowed to talk about politics at all. Um, and, uh, you know, I think it has to go to that point. And I do think it's gonna have to start, uh, maybe with the American people even boycotting these media groups and really taking the power away from them to be able to do that. But it's been ridiculous. You know, of course we've complaining about this for a long time. And it really does seem like, thank goodness for the internet, right? You know, there was a time when, you know, there was no internet. People couldn't go online and protest. They couldn't gather, they couldn't unite. And these media companies just pretty much controlled everybody's minds, right? And it's now that we have the internet and we are at least able to come together and spread the truth about what's going on. Without being controlled by these major networks, right? And I'm glad that Andrew is really taking it to them and saying, look, when you guys apologize on air about how you've purposely not shown my data, you've unfairly pushed the candidates you want to win ahead, gave them more speaking time, gave them more exposés and interviews, Um, you know, then we could talk about coming on, on your show, right? For right now, we're going to talk about, um, what you're really doing, you know, what the media has really been doing. And, um, you know, we have to call this out, and we are— the Yang Gang is calling this out. Uh, and it might have to get to a level of just outright boycotting. Now, Andrew says in his tweets that, uh, he's not calling for a boycott. But, uh, um, you know, uh, I, you know, I think that's very presidential of him to say that. Well, I, I think it is at that level now that we have to boycott these people, um, that we have to take it upon ourselves and, and really, you know, let them know that if you're not going to do this fairly, uh, we cannot depend on you guys to be able to, uh, uh, you know, broadcast to the American people. You know, it's just, it's just ridiculous. They shouldn't be considered credible news sources. And of course, many of us know the story with them, but I think, I think we should just stop the whole charade, uh, along with them and just let them know that enough is enough. So I want to also move into, uh, Andrew on the Jimmy Kimmel Show. And, um, you know, Jimmy Kimmel, you know, I, you know, being a part of these big networks I'm still kind of getting this feeling of agenda, of not wanting Andrew Yang to win. And some of these interviews, I think that kind of comes across like that. But I thought it was also kind of interesting with the Jimmy Kimmel Show that, and I wonder about this, like a lot of these people who have these shows like Jimmy Kimmel and many of the other major hosts for these networks, I wonder, do they learn about their candidates before they, or their guests before they come on, come on like presidential guests? Because he talked to Andrew Yang, and maybe he's just doing that in a way for the Americans who don't know or something like that. But he kind of talks to him like he's not familiar with his policies. And they always kind of, all the amount of time that Andrew's been on the campaign trail, and as much as the information has got out about the Freedom Dividend, they always go back to the most very basic questions about the Freedom Dividend and some of the most basic fears about it. And maybe that could be a kind of good thing about it because I think a lot of people are still perpetuating many of these false ideas about the Freedom Dividend. But I felt it was interesting that Jimmy Kimmel, he kind of makes this joke about video games and he tries to make it like American people would just all of them would play video games and live off $1,000 per month. That seems like what he was trying to, you know, go with. But Andrew let out a very true statistic about America in comparison to the rest of the world. Now, what never gets mentioned is that American— Americans are the hardest working people in the world, and everybody knows that, right? I've, uh, Uh, you know, if you don't know that, you need to get outside of America and go to other places in the world. Um, you know, I've— I know that, um, you know, I've been in several conversations with Europeans and they have, uh, you know, told me about how their work life is in Europe and how, you know, it's different in comparison to Americans, right? So a lot of American people, the culture of American people is a lot of hard work, and to somehow kind of try to you know, make this illustration that Americans are lazy and waiting to be lazy when American people, in comparison to most of the world, are very, very hard workers. You know, a lot of people, uh, in other countries don't work as hard as we think. Uh, and I've, I've kind of found out firsthand that even some, in comparison to Americans, you may be surprised that some people from other countries, uh, just don't have as hard of a work ethic a cultural work ethic as Americans. So, you know, the way that they always try to frame the Freedom Dividend going to lazy Americans who will not work is, uh, it's just a myth, right? It's preposterous. Um, you know, the reality is, just like the stats Andrew was bringing up, that the people who aren't going to work are probably going to more likely be um, uh, stay-at-home moms or, um, or, and teenagers, right? You know, stay-at-home moms probably at those very important times when, uh, children are, are, they're rearing the kids, right? Kids are growing up, uh, and then teenagers right around the college years, um, right? These are the people who probably won't work as much, but then they're in these very important areas of their life where they don't really need to work as much, right, in those particular times. So I, you know, I just think a lot of data about the Freedom Dividend is false, and I think we need to stop, um, you know, putting out that, uh, false information. Let's try to put out real information and not just information what we think is true, right? Uh, because Americans are hard-working people. Um, and most people are probably gonna work. $1,000 is not gonna be enough for most people to live off. Um, and, uh, they're going to, uh, in some cases Andrew's right. He said he believes some will work harder, right? I think $1,000 will give people opportunities, uh, where they are able to, uh, work harder, uh, and get jobs they couldn't get before, right? You know, $1,000 would be able to prepare a lot of people to go into, um, um, the workforce. Um, you know, put them in a situation to go into the workforce that they didn't have before, right? Um, and, uh, right, yeah, so I, I just think a lot of information is false, and, uh, we really gonna have to, um, do a, a better job of, of getting this information out to people, right? Getting the proper statistics out to people, because right now people are just making stuff up. They're going off their feelings in the top of their head. Right. But we know this. It's a great deal of evidence that shows that just because people get money doesn't mean that they don't work. Um, you know, there are many cases where— think about something like people win these jackpot lotteries or something. What's the first thing a lot of them do, right? Do they just go, oh, I'm going on for a retirement forever? No. Some of them create businesses, right? They create businesses, they create jobs. Uh, they go into another type of business, but they don't just go, well, I'm done and I'm not going to create a new way forward or of contribution and work, right? I'm just, I'm not going to just go on permanent vacation. And we have so many examples of that, right? That psychologically human beings are different, right? And different things motivate us. Uh, so to just make this broad assumption that, oh, that means that everybody's going to find a way to live off $1,000 is utterly ridiculous, and we really need to stop doing that. And we really do need to stop doing that. But, um, uh, my rant's over for this video. Um, uh, and I just want to remind you all, some of you all, to, uh, participate in our own UBI project, uh, that uses, uh, blockchain technology, some of the most advanced technology out in the world right now, to distribute value. Um, and, uh, it's absolutely free to you. It was created— this project was created for people like you, uh, to join and participate. We'll leave a link in the description. Uh, you get a cryptocurrency. You can do things with this cryptocurrency like convert it to your local currency. There's a global project. Um, if you're a Yang Gang supporter but maybe you're not in America, you can join. You can join us here and, and still benefit from, uh, this movement we're doing here in America. Or if you're an American No such thing as too much UBI, I don't think. Uh, but anyway, we'll leave a link in the description. Make sure you join. That's all I want to say in this video.
