Andrew Yang - The Elon Musk Endorsement! / Zuckerberg?

In this unedited YouTube commentary, the host celebrates Elon Musk’s recent tweet endorsing Andrew Yang and his universal basic income (UBI) platform. The speaker argues that Musk’s support, along with potential endorsements from other tech magnates like Mark Zuckerberg, could dramatically raise public awareness of UBI and shift the political conversation. The video critiques the media’s focus on sensational politics, emphasizing instead the structural economic challenges posed by automation and AI, and frames UBI as a cultural movement rather than a mere policy. The host references behind‑the‑scenes insights from Yang’s campaign, noting Joe Biden’s expressed interest in UBI, and warns that candidates may adopt UBI as a last‑minute tactic. Finally, the speaker promotes a cryptocurrency‑based UBI project, BitcoinNYK.com, which they helped found, urging viewers to join the global UBI movement.

Hey, you all, welcome back to the channel, and I hope you all are having a great weekend. So it finally happened, and better late than never. Uh, Elon Musk, the tech giant, the inspirational real-life Tony Stark person who wants to deliver us to Mars and make us an interplanetary species. The person who's in— is working on this Neuralink, uh, thing, the internet of the mind, the brain. The person who has, uh, brought us Tesla electric cars, uh, and SolarCity, um, has finally— although he's expressed through several interviews that he felt universal basic income was the solution to many futuristic problems we would have with the rise of artificial intelligence and robotics. Things that many of us think are no-brainers, but for some reason people seem to still put this in the realm of science fiction and just ignore it. Elon Musk has finally come around and decided to support Andrew Yang. He published a very simple tweet I support Yang, uh, in response to a tweet Yang posted about solving problems and being open-minded. So this is big because Elon Musk, um, has done quite a bit of things. He gets quite a bit of media attention. Uh, and if he starts to go around and talk up Andrew Yang, that's going to be a lot of awareness to Andrew Yang. It already is. Everybody knows who Elon Musk is. Everybody has thought about purchasing a Tesla or would if they could. And this is all great. This is fantastic. Now, some said that he would have come out sooner, but he didn't think it was a good political move. I think that I think that coming out anytime would have been appropriate during this election. Andrew Yang's message, as long as there is awareness to it, it is self-evident in itself. It works. People hear it. It will turn the tides of this election, but people need to be aware of it. And this awareness, high-profile people who work in the industry, who understand the technological industry better than people who just assume that they know what's going on and understand it and can say things like, oh, well, this is off 20, 30 years. How would you know that? You've never worked in that industry. You do not write the code for the algorithms or programs to know exactly how far off this is, how severe this is, and when it's going to happen. In fact, people in the tech industry don't— all of them don't even know exactly how the future will unfold. You know, breakthroughs and things happen every day. So to even make statements like that, I think it's reaching outside the realm of many people's understanding of the tech industry, especially if they don't work inside of it. But, um, you know, as well, people like Mark Zuckerberg, in a similar boat like Elon Musk, will probably now more than likely endorse Andrew Yang. He— I think he already kind of does, uh, but him coming on out and endorsing, um, Andrew Yang as well I don't think it will be bad at all. I think it would just make people spotlight his campaign more. And then I think like a light bulb, it will go off in their heads that, hey, yo, this is the answer. This is what we should be looking at. This solves a great deal of problems. This cuts through the chase, through the drama. You know, we're not concerned about Mueller reports. We're not concerned about if a president who will be gone in the next 4 years is racist or not. We're concerned about will this country be structurally sound and solid to support our citizens, to bring them prosperity in a coming future. One second, guys. Okay, I'm back, guys. This is raw and uncut radio, so no editing here. When disturbances come up, I have to deal with them. But I believe I was speaking about people like Mark Zuckerberg. Other tech gurus, giants who understand the, uh, problems in association with, um, the technological advances that we're facing here. And many, as Andrew Yang explained, uh, want to do something about it, right? They understand the problems of it, and if given the opportunity, they would do something to help solve the problem. And in that case, it's something like universal basic income. Um, you know, of course the idea has been that everybody's against universal basic income. There's no way this will pass, no way people will go for it. But we're finding out that that narrative may not be true at all. Um, in fact, we're through the Andrew Yang campaign, we're beginning to see, uh, much evidence that that is not the case at all. Um, but people like, uh, even Mark Zuckerberg who have championed UBI as well, universal basic income. Um, you know, it's time for people like him I think to also endorse Andrew Yang. I know a lot of people don't like Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook, the data scenario. They feel like we're all going to be chipped and that this UBI will be, um, something that, uh, can control us, but not under Andrew Yang's UBI. I was in a conversation earlier, somebody brought that up. But if you understand Andrew Yang's universal basic income, it is universal basic income, no questions asked. This is not a government program like what you get with welfare and social programs. I think that's what a lot of people are confused about, that this is something entirely different than that. And the ramifications of it are going to be different and the results of it are going to be different. Um, also I just found this interesting to throw in there that, uh, Andrew Yang had recently spoke about the, what it was like at these debates, what it's like behind the scenes and backstage. And that it does feel like this giant reality TV show. People are rehearsing what they're gonna say, pacing back and forth before they come out to the stage and then they're putting makeup on their faces. It's really crazy. But he said he got a chance to talk to Joe Biden. And that Joe Biden seemed to be quite interested in universal basic income, take it serious. So there's beginning to be this shift in the whole idea about universal basic income and the candidates are aware of how well Andrew Yang's doing with it. And like I've said in earlier videos, don't be surprised if you start to see many of these candidates try to shift that last minute desperation to win. By trying to embrace ideas like universal basic income. Don't let it surprise you if they just do a 180, because they do things like that. Um, I also just want to say that the universal basic income policy is not just a policy, right? It's an entirely new way of life. It's a cultural shift, um, and, uh, it's something much bigger than just, uh, government policy. Uh, it serves to be a justice for many people around the world. Uh, and as some of the great philosophers have stated, an injustice anywhere is an injustice everywhere. So this is becoming a culture as well, right? Like the Yang Gang is part of culture, but it's going to be ever expanding. So I'm saying all this to say that Universal basic income should be a movement, um, and we should embrace all types of universal basic income for the most part. You know, this isn't just something in America. This is something I believe that is going to need to happen on a global scale, and we have to take one step at a time. But like I was very confused about Elon Musk not coming out earlier, uh, I— my idea or my impression about is that if you support universal basic income, you support all universal basic income across and when people say they support universal basic income, but then they don't support, they don't come out and support it or be part of it, it's quite concerning to me. I don't quite understand it. But this is a cultural movement as well. This is a movement that I think we're gonna need, that is going to need to be embraced in our culture, our way of life, the way we think about work and structure of economies. And I think it's gonna be a great change in the human condition to make us a lot better. But in saying that, we also want to share this with as many people around the world as possible, is the stability. And we know with Andrew Yang's campaign, this can be the beacon that leads the rest of the world to joining in. But there are also things we can do, and there are other universal basic income programs all around the world we can support just by signing up and registering with them, in which will receive universal basic income as well. And what such program is BitcoinNYK.com, one that I helped found it and is championing and helping to provide, uh, through cryptocurrency blockchain technology, uh, universal basic income to, uh, people all across the globe. Uh, so we invite you all to join that, to be a part of the entirety of the universal basic income culture. Uh, I think we're going to need those type of dynamic shifts in order to really make this a reality, uh, not only just in America but for citizens all across the globe. Would love for you all to join. It's absolutely free. We'll leave a link in the description. But that's all I got to say in this video.
