Bit-Tube - YouTube Alternative You Should Use!

In this video, the presenter argues that BitTube offers a compelling alternative to YouTube by returning control and ownership of content to users through decentralization. He critiques the centralized nature of YouTube and other major platforms, noting their ability to censor or remove content based on corporate terms of service. BitTube’s core innovation is a proof‑of‑viewership model that rewards both creators and viewers with its native cryptocurrency, TubeCoins. The speaker explains how this system enables viewers to earn tokens simply by watching, while creators can monetize more easily, especially smaller channels that struggle on YouTube’s saturated ecosystem. He emphasizes that BitTube’s cryptocurrency integration is designed to be user‑friendly, comparable to using YouTube and PayPal together, and that the token’s value can increase over time. The video also touches on community‑driven governance, suggesting that users can collectively decide what content stays or is removed, offering a balanced approach to moderation. Throughout, the presenter encourages the audience to try BitTube, subscribe to his channel there, and promises future videos that will dive deeper into the platform’s features.

Hey you, welcome back to the channel. And guys, today we're gonna talk about BitTube and why I think you should use BitTube. And so I want to give some reasons why I think that you should consider using BitTube. Now a lot of us use YouTube, and sometimes when we think of YouTube, we don't always think of YouTube as a social a social media site where the content that is brought forward is all done by the people, right? Unfortunately, although the content— it is a social media site and the content is, uh, produced by us, uh, we have very little control over it. And that is because at the end of the day, many of these entities are companies that make their own decisions about what you can view, and, uh, they make their own, uh, terms of service, right? So it wasn't long before I start to kind of think about that and go, well, look, if, if we produce all of the content that's being shown, um, you know, it looks like it, it would be good if we, we had a little bit more control and say-so and, uh, what we got to view and what we got to produce and, and various things like that. So BitTube is kind of dealing with that, and with the advent now of many of the cryptocurrency platforms that deal a lot with decentralization, of giving the authority back to people to decide and to decentralize from, you know, corporations as such making big decisions. BitTube is doing that. It's— and so, but not only is it doing that, not only is it giving, you know, more ability back to the people, more power back to the people, it as well has this very interesting model that works on proof of viewership where even you people who don't create content, but they consume content, they watch it. You know, it's all— it's all— it all belongs to us, right? So they are sharing ownership in the platform because they're actually receiving these— this type of currency that is used, these TubeCoins. And that allows all of us to benefit and our participation participation in the network is rewarded, right? And so this isn't a new concept. We're seeing this, or we've seen this in many different incarnations, right? But cryptocurrency being involved in this, it's become— it's starting to become so fine-tuned that these type ideas are working a lot better now than they probably worked in the past. And so BitTube has an excellent model as I'm reviewing it and I'm seeing how they go about in giving, you know, proper ownership and rights in a sense back to the people. So Uh, let's just talk about social media consumption for a second and how it generally works. And so we generally, most of us at this point, are using some type of social media. And, um, you know, if, if it's something like YouTube where we're reviewing content and various things like that, some of us have our favorite content, uh, creators If we kind of compare that over to companies that produce a lot of our, our media today and such, they have the ability to take certain things off the air, you know, just like, like my satellite company, for instance. You know, there were channels that they removed And I was like, well, wait a minute, you know, do I get some, some say-so about, you know, what gets added, what gets removed? So, um, you know, with media now, we have so many options than we've had in the past. And, uh, you know, now it's possible for people to, uh, not only interact with the, with their, their favorite content creators and and media, but they also now can, can have a say-so of what gets to, you know, who gets to stay and stay and who gets to go, or, or pretty much what they want to view and who they want to support. So if they see a channel they like, they can contribute to that particular channel and don't worry about it being removed from, uh, some platform or site. So, so we have many options in that, and that's why this is becoming so attractive, guys. So what I'm trying to deliver in this message is that platforms like BitTube is going to offer something for everybody, and it's also very user-friendly. Now we see the bit in front of tube, and a lot of us who probably view social media, use YouTube and the like. Some of us still aren't quite familiar with the cryptocurrency area. It's confusing. It hasn't, in my opinion, been presented well to the masses, and it hasn't had some of the best use cases where people felt the need to even want to get involved in it. And I think this is all changing with BitTube now. I think BitTube is creating a true way for people to be involved with not only cryptocurrency but with dealing with their social media, um, and, and how they want to engage more with it, you know, meaning that you're able to tip and pay your favorite content creators. I know YouTube's able to do that as well, but then you also have this ability to where you have more, um, control and say-so over the platform and the network, unlike YouTube again, that can just remove our favorite content creators. They can pretty much, at the end of the day, based on their terms of service, do whatever they want. And the cryptocurrency world and the world of decentralization, which is being produced by cryptocurrency, is eliminating a lot of that. So that's why I think platforms like BitTube are going to offer a lot more, uh, features and abilities than what exists now with what we get with like YouTube and various, um, platforms like that. And I like YouTube. YouTube is a quality platform, but, um, you know, when we're dealing with products, guys, I, I, I think we can pretty much agree that most people are always gonna be more geared toward products that offer them, that offers a lot more flexibility as far as what they could do, a lot more features. And what I'm saying is BitTube is doing that. It's gonna allow you to watch content, be compensated for it. It's going to allow you to do many things that YouTube won't allow you to do. And it's also gonna be great for the content creators if you're aspiring to be, or if you are a content creator, and that it's gonna be quite easy to be monetized. And so, you know, if you compare that to YouTube today, it's very difficult for a content creator to be monetized, almost getting to the point of impossibility. And my assumption is that even the new rules for monetization that YouTube has is going to be even more severe in the future because YouTube has become very oversaturated with content creators. In the old days when there weren't as many viewers to YouTube, it was easier, but as more people are engaging, then, you know, YouTube wants people who are able to you know, get a lot more views and, and, and, you know, get a lot more interaction. So it's making smaller channels pretty much obsolete. So this is gonna be, you know, really well for people who, you know, have smaller channels as well. And this— so this is gonna be a lot more community-driven, but I can also see BitTube getting a pretty good sizable part of YouTube's market share. So those are, those are some of the reasons that I think BitTube is going— is a good alternative to YouTube. You know, not just for the content creator, but just viewers like yourself. I guess I could go, you know, even more forward, you know, as to say if you compare it to other social media networks that bring in billions upon billions of dollars like Facebook. Um, you know, uh, these platforms work because of our participation, but, you know, we aren't, uh, treated in a capacity where that seems important to these companies. And so in this particular type of product, In my opinion, in my view, there really is no reason to, uh, for us to really depend on these companies to, uh, uh, control our content. You know, it's really not needed. Uh, you know, and at the same time, I try to keep a balanced view on censorship of content because, you know, obviously, uh, there are going to be issues with offensive, harmful material. So, um, you know, I try to keep a balanced view on that, but at the same time, I, I do believe that us as the community probably can make those decisions and handle them a lot better than some of the large networks that, uh, create these terms of services and various things like that. So I think we're able to as a community to better decide what we should watch and what we should not. So guys, I went on a bit about why I feel we should be using BitTube over YouTube. And I like YouTube, but what, what I'm suggesting is this is an alternative I think everyone should take a look at and try. I've began to upload my content over there. I'd like very much for you all to Come over, support it, subscribe over there. And I think it's going to be beneficial to all of us. And I think that's the part about it I like the most. And I'm going to continue to do some more videos on BitTube and, you know, try to get everybody a bit more familiar with it. And I just think it's a great product. So I will be covering more information on it in the future. But guys, give it a try. Uh, if you've been looking for a YouTube alternative, uh, that's going to be significant. Um, you know, I, I think this is it and it's, it's going to be that for you. Um, and if you're one of these people who just, uh, there have been some people who said, well, they like the, the idea of BitTube, but the cryptocurrency part of it is so confusing to them and they're really not interested in that. Well, I, I can tell you this, that first, I wouldn't dismiss the cryptocurrency part too quickly. Of all the cryptocurrency products, uh, Bittube is definitely one of the most easiest ones to maneuver. I mean, it is so simple. If you can use YouTube and PayPal, uh, this is kind of a combination of both, how it's laid out on their website. So it's very easy to use. It won't be a problem to incorporate cryptocurrency part into this. Trust me on that. And also this cryptocurrency goes up in value. So as a content creator, you can end up making a great deal more than what you probably make traditionally on platforms like YouTube and the like. But in addition to that, if you're just a viewer, you can have a similar opportunity. And there are just so many opportunities I'm going to cover later in videos about BitTube. But guys, again, I like very much for you all to try it, to give it a try and see if you like it. Have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to leave them here in the video section. I'll be more than happy to get to them and help you all I can if you're having trouble using the platform. But anyway, guys, that's all I want to say today. Guys, if you like content like this, don't forget to like and subscribe. And until next time, take care.
