In this video, the host provides an update on the BitcoinMYK project, announcing plans to apply for a CoinMarketCap (CMC) listing. He reviews CMC’s listing criteria, highlighting the platform’s stance against pay‑to‑list schemes, the requirement for organic growth, and the importance of a project’s uniqueness. The speaker positions BitcoinMYK as a distinctive Bitcoin fork that incorporates a universal basic income (UBI) mechanism, arguing that this makes the coin both unique and socially valuable. He critiques the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem for often demanding large payments to secure exchange listings and for inflating volume or social metrics, which he says erodes trust. The host expresses confidence that BitcoinMYK and similar integrity‑focused projects can restore value to users and help address upcoming economic challenges. The video ends with a typical call to like, subscribe, and stay tuned.

Hey you, welcome back to the channel. And guys, today I want to give an update on the progress of BitcoinMYK. Uh, we do plan this week to apply for listing on CoinMarketCap, and I've been looking over the criteria here and looks like CoinMarketCap may be one of the last great bastions of hope in the cryptocurrency space. Uh, so I found this, this part of criteria quite interesting. CoinMarketCap does not accept payment of any form to bypass listing requirements or to intentionally publish inaccurate information. We evaluate every request with the same level of scrutiny. And I find that very interesting because I've, you know, sometimes just wondered about what goes on with some of these coins and some of these tokens. You know, sometimes we see a lot of volume and— but we don't know where that volume comes from. You know, it can— some case it could be one large whale doing all the trading. And so don't— that can be deceiving. Looks can be deceiving. What I'm impressed by is when you just got a great plan to give value to people. You know, in a lot of business, what generally happens is when we exchange value, some businesses give you back more than what you pay for. There are businesses that give you more than what you pay for. Not very much good businesses left like that, but there are some who go by that business rule and have done very well, uh, by it. Uh, I live in a place where a lot of places I dine at, they give me a lot of value for my dollars and they give me good food. So they still exist. I also find this next paragraph in the criteria quite interesting. Focus on organic growth and use of your project. Inflating your project's trading volume, traffic, or social media metrics will not increase your chances of getting listed. Getting your team members or community to send angry comments to our official email channels or social media accounts about why you have not yet been listed will not be entertained. Even if your cryptocurrency exchange is not listed right away, we will continue to keep a close eye on your progress and community interest. You may send us additional information about your progress as a new request on the online submission form to keep us updated, especially if you have made some noteworthy progress. However, please do not submit duplicate requests as it will add to the request queue and may slow down the process. So CoinMarketCap, uh, their policies from what I can see look great as far as considering tokens. I'm not going to read the whole criteria, but I also read about the uniqueness of coins. Is your coin unique? They seem to be quite interested in that. And in this space, I have yet to come across a Bitcoin fork that also implements universal basic income. So you're dealing with a Bitcoin fork that gives, keeps the value primarily in the cryptocurrency space. It doesn't take value away from people. And then it helps us to mass adopt by addressing a very important issue. That's the topic of many subjects today. And that is, um, and what to do with our coming job crisis that may be coming sooner than later. And so there have been tokens who've tried this solely to be a universal basic income. And, you know, many, as we've seen, have not succeeded because I don't think they've had the proper recipe of how to deal with, uh, uh, being able to sustain their, their coin. Uh, and you have to understand that the real world doesn't— are just driven on these type of— I don't want to use the word like socialism, but the world is driven on these dual economies, if you will, and you have to have the right balance of that. And so I think our project is going to be quite unique We will apply, and we do like the integrity of CoinMarketCap. Uh, in our travels so far through the cryptocurrency space, we've discovered that listing on some of the biggest exchanges require spending large sums of money, uh, and, and, and not fixed on the integrity of the coin and the project. You know, all these little things like that hurt the cryptocurrency space a little bit each day. And until we really try to get some integrity in this space, uh, do good business, get some value back to people instead of just taking value, uh, the cryptocurrency space is gonna be in this limbo state. But I'm confident that projects are coming on the horizon like Bitcoin MYK and others that will, uh, solve many of these issues that's happened in the cryptocurrency space, uh, that are going to be a problem for us. So guys, that's all I want to say today. Guys, if you like content like this, don't forget to like, subscribe, and until next time, take care.
