BitcoinMYK installed BitTube Airtime, a browser extension that pays visitors for their time instead of using traditional ads. The channel is also launching a cryptocurrency lifestyle magazine in late 2019 or early 2020, covering culture, interviews, and everyday crypto use.
Hey you, welcome back to the channel. And today we want to talk about some of those announcements I had brought up in earlier videos. Um, very good news, um, the BitTube module is available and has been installed on our website. And so to help you understand why this is so very important It's long been an issue in cryptocurrency of how do these cryptocurrencies make money? Some of the projects, how do they actually gain revenues? And particularly in areas that deal a great deal with social media, one of the issues have been, should we include advertising? Those annoying ads that nobody wants to look at, right? But what if there was a way that you could monetize your site and your projects and your cryptocurrency projects and your, a variety of other online activities? Doesn't have to have anything to do with cryptocurrency. Could be your website or your blog. What if there was a way you could be pay for that without having to put those annoying ads up there. So that's why that is so important. BitTube has released something called an Airtime Extension browser or module. And what it does is it basically compensates you based on the time you spend on a person's website or any place on the internet. Could be a video, viewing a video. And That had always existed with the BitTube project. However, the module, uh, the Airtime module has now allowed for website owners, project owners to include this into their websites, and it allows them to earn on all their visitors all the time that their visitors spend on their website on their content in a non-intrusive way without seeing the annoying ads. And so, you know, obviously that's going to be a very good way for a lot of website owners and a variety of people, content creators, to gain value from their, from their work and projects without having to deal with that. And so that's what we've been waiting on so long. With this, uh, BitTube module to be released. It is now available on our site, which means that it gives our website a lot more value, thus giving our cryptocurrency more value, uh, as now we can take our thousands of monthly visitors and monetize them effectively. But not only that, the next best part, uh, is that the visitors to our project, to our websites, those people as well are compensated and paid just for visiting the site. So it's just so amazing how they put this together. It's called Airtime. And it's estimated on how much time they spend on your websites all across the internet is the idea of where this Airtime extension browser will be used, right? As a way to monetize the internet. So BitTube's very ambitious with that, and we want to update you on that from our last video because we didn't know exactly when it was coming out. Well, we did know it was coming out, but it hadn't quite come out then, and now it has come out and we now have implemented. So that's going to be very huge for BitcoinMYK using this module for finally being able to monetize the website based on everybody who steps foot on our website. So that's just awesome, awesome news. Um, and so let's talk about, uh, the next part, which I think is going to be amazing. Um, the next announcement we have. So we're here on the BitcoinMYK site, uh, you know, and, uh, well, want to give you the heads up on our latest project that we're going to be doing much later this year going into 2020, but has been on the concept table for us. The idea to do this cryptocurrency lifestyle magazine, and I think that's going to be a lot of fun. I think what's going to happen is We're going to expand more into media and the magazine business and get into really getting into the culture of the cryptocurrency space. Not just going over the numbers and the charts and the graphs, but actually getting more into the personal day-to-day lives of the cryptocurrency user. Trying to land some fun big interviews with some of the titans in the cryptocurrency space and just exploring the art of cryptocurrency, you know, culturally, what people do, you know, with their cryptocurrency they earn, what they spend it on, fun activities they do, nice trips they take, and just a variety of cool things like that. And so it is on a concept floor. Still. And we're working out a lot of details about it, but it does seem like it's a direction we're going to go into. Um, and so, um, uh, we're looking at maybe getting this out the last quarter, uh, probably first starting online as an online project, as an online magazine, uh, trying to get some people out on the streets to do some live interviews with people, uh, I'm gonna be setting up a studio and doing more live interviews and doing interviews with people in the cryptocurrency space, projects, a variety of projects that are coming out that are new. But it's gonna be this kind of consortium of many of the things we've seen in the cryptocurrency space, whether it be crazy, funny, ridiculous memes, Various fun things, events, and we're gonna try to, you know, cover a lot of these events and a variety of things. So I thought it would be fun if we go in that direction. Now, you know, if everything goes all right with an online magazine, a variety of things going into 2020, we might even envision this appearing on your local magazine stands and a variety of things like that. But just so many ideas with this. Just came up with this concept a few days ago, and now we're seriously putting together, you know, how we want to go about this. So I think it's gonna be fun, and I think you guys will probably enjoy something like that. But we'd love to hear your thoughts and comments. But that's gonna do it for this round of announcements. We got a few more coming up that I'm gonna save for tomorrow. Wanted to get this in, um, uh, today because it's gonna, uh, right before I go to bed because I'm gonna be, you know, very busy I think for the rest of the week.
