In this video update, the presenter walks through the latest version (v3) of the BitcoinMYK platform, highlighting its simplified mobile front‑end and core features such as article feeds, a cryptocurrency ticker, instant messaging, gaming, and music streaming. He explains how users can earn BitcoinMYK tokens for free based on their Bitcoin holdings and trade them against STEEM on the Steem Engine marketplace. The video then shifts to the project's ranking on SCOT.today (currently #43 of ~600 tokens), contrasting SCOT’s decentralized data approach with CoinMarketCap’s reliance on centralized exchange data, and expressing a philosophical preference for decentralized metrics. The presenter discusses the project's identity relative to Bitcoin forks, emphasizing branding over technical similarity, and notes past Bitcoin security concerns. He outlines the Universal Basic Income (UBI) funding mechanism, where unclaimed BitcoinMYK tokens are allocated to a global UBI initiative, positioning this as a mass‑adoption driver. Finally, he reassures viewers that the token distribution is free, not a bait‑and‑switch, and invites questions, emphasizing the team’s business acumen and profitability strategies.

Hey you, welcome back to the channel. I hope you're having a great day. So update here with BitcoinMYK, we've updated the site. This is like version 3 and we're gonna keep going, I think, until we find, until we find, I think, what we're looking for. Because, you know, pretty much at this point in time we're still in beta testing. And, uh, um, and so, uh, the, the idea is, uh, there are going to be several front ends that you can visit with the BitcoinMYK project. So, um, uh, we've got a lot of developers, designers coming to us saying, hey, you know, you really need to change that front end, do something different. So let's talk about some of the features the site has today. Let's talk about this latest, uh, development in BitcoinMYK, and let's just talk about what's going on in our trading atmosphere over on the Steam Engine Marketplace and what's happening with the Steam Blockchain and some of these projects a little bit. So as you can see here, very simple, more simple, simpler, cleaner, I think, look on this one. And don't get too excited about it. We don't know if we're keeping this yet, but some people kind of like it. I don't know, some people might think it's kind of bland. So Uh, just very simple. Um, has some articles that it opens up to, and this is on a mobile device. Um, I like using mobile because my voice, it sounds better than on my desktop computers, but, uh, or more clarity to the sound. But anyway, um, uh, it, you open up with some articles and then we just have, uh, some, some, a ticker of our major cryptocurrencies with our icons on. As you can see, of course, the Bitcoin MYK project, we're leading the pack. And then we have the ticker with, uh, Bitcoin, Ethereum, some of your major cryptocurrencies. Uh, we still got the instant message system available, uh, that people can join in and, uh, do that. We got gaming, um, on the platform, as you've seen on the last site as well. We have, uh, stream— musical streaming, right? You can stream music of your favorite Steam artists and a variety of things. And all these projects you're able to earn our token BitcoinMYK and trade it against STEEM. Um, so that's kind of where we're at with it right now. Um, I'm gonna head over to our ranking on exchanges, our version of what I call CoinMarketCap. So let's head over there and see what we look like. All right, so we're over on scot.today. SCOT is the protocol that basically allows the creation of STEAM tokens similar to what you get with ERC-20 tokens. So I usually tell this quick story, but I'm just going to tell anyway. The reason I like SCOT today is because we're ranked number 43 on there today. I'm happy about that, but, you know, I prefer we'd be in the top 10 or top 20. Um, but okay, we'll, we'll take it for today. That's rank number 43 out of about close to now 600 tokens. It's like, I think they got like, they're like 591 tokens, so it's getting pretty similar to what you get with CoinMarketCap. Um, and the reason, the reason I like this is because a lot of people know the story. We tried to get listed on CoinMarketCap, and, uh, one of my fundamental disagreements was, um CoinMarketCap was basically using data of centralized exchanges, uh, to allow the listing. And, um, I'm kind of like Vitalik in that way. Uh, I have some fundamental disagreements with centralized exchanges, and whereas I'm fine that we use them to trade with— I think it's over 95%, um, of, uh, the cryptocurrency space uses centralized exchange. Now think about that, you know, we're all supposed to be cryptocurrency people, but 95% of all of our trade volume is circulated through centralized hubs, right? So whereas I'm even fine with that, with people using centralized exchanges, for the data to be based mostly on centralized exchange is where I have the problem. So that's why I like services like SCO today. I like that we have a place for Steam Engine tokens and it has charts, it has graphs, it has this kind very similar CoinMarketCap feel in a way, as you can see. And that's a great place for us because this is growing big. There's— they're gonna probably end up being quite a few tokens here on Steam Engine. I think it will be very comparable to CoinMarketCap. So that's kind of where we're at right now with this. And yeah, so we're We're not doing too bad these days. We're trying to move up through the ranks. It's quite the ambitious project. As many people understand, we're doing this— you can take your pick what you want to call it. Now, some definitions define a fork as anything that inherits the Bitcoin ledger. Some people more link it to hard forks where you're doing systemic engineering and you're changing the system itself with the blocks. Right, so we don't get in debates anymore about if we're a Bitcoin fork or not. Um, it's not important to us. Uh, we do believe in Bitcoin branding, and we believe that Bitcoin has been so successful more so due to its branding than its actual, uh, mechanical attributes. You know, as we brought up, uh, on several of our videos before, that several times, uh, Bitcoin inflation bugs have almost put the network in a very severe security issue, and it's been detected by people, and this has happened more than once. So it's led some to believe that the security of Bitcoin is sometimes questionable. We don't, you know, we again, what our project does is we use the Bitcoin ledger and our tokens are distributed out free. You don't have to pay for them. Based on the Bitcoin you hold. So put simply, that's what we are. Everything else can be debatable, and we're fine with having, you know, with people having different various opinions about that. Not a problem for us. And we're not trying to be Bitcoin, right? We believe we're better than Bitcoin in many ways because we believe universal basic income is the ultimate mass adoption vehicle, and many people in the cryptocurrency space agree with us on that. And the Bitcoin tokens that aren't claimed, they go to fund our Universal Basic Income project, which is available to the entire globe with an estimated over 80% of the globe in need of Universal Basic Income. So that's kind of where we're at with our project today. And if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to add them in the comment section. Make sure you join the site today. It's absolutely free. You can get tokens free. It's value to you free in the cryptocurrency space. It's not a bait and switch. We're not gonna get you over there and then be like, hey, well, you really need to buy these tokens, buy these tokens. I've been on sites like that where their entire thing is to hound you the entire time you're there to buy their tokens. Our entire project is about finding the value in you as part of the network, and we go from there. And so far it's working for us. We're good business people. We understand economics. We understand how to move money. So we have various ways on how to make this project profitable. So we'd love to entertain any conversations like that with you all, and I hope, uh, you all like content like this. But until next time, take care.
