Bitcoin MYK - Uptrennd Perks/Bittubers/Bearshares/Steem Hf21

In this video the host introduces Uptrennd as a user‑friendly crypto‑social network where each upvote is tied to a 5‑cent UP token, explaining its level‑based influence system. He then describes how the BitcoinMYK project rewards Uptrennd supporters: users submit the Uptrennd post they upvoted along with their wallet details and receive BitcoinMYK tokens on one of three exchanges (Freedom Exchange, Steemit Engine Marketplace, or Waves DEX) without needing to register, though registration grants extra perks. The video proceeds to compare several blockchain‑based social platforms. BitTubers (formerly BitTube) is highlighted for its “airtime” model that rewards the time a viewer spends on a post rather than upvotes, aiming for a more decentralized value distribution. BearShares, a Steemit clone, is noted for easier visibility but suffers severe liquidity problems that hinder cash‑out. WhaleShares, another Steemit clone without bots, offers better liquidity but still suffers from whale‑controlled voting and poor reward distribution. Finally, Steemit’s upcoming Hard Fork 21 is discussed, emphasizing its new developer‑funding mechanism that returns project‑selection power to the community while leveraging Steemit’s substantial capital. The host concludes by urging viewers to share their experiences with these platforms and to like, subscribe, and comment.

Hey you, welcome back to the channel. And today we want to talk about the Uptrend website, which I think to be one of the, uh, best, uh, social networks in the cryptocurrency space to use at this point in time. And we want to talk about some of the perks you can get while using, uh, Uptrends with the BitcoinMYK project. And we also want to do some comparisons between, uh, social media cryptocurrency sites on the blockchain now, uh, some new ones that have just come on the horizon that sound quite interesting, like BitTubers. We're going to talk a little bit about Steemit as it's going into hard fork 21. We're going to talk BearShares and we're going to talk WhaleShares. So quite interesting. Some of the social media sites I think probably have the better chances of, of, you know, being what we want in social media and cryptocurrency. I think at this doing. So, um, so Uptrends, if you're not familiar with Uptrends, it's this very easy user interface. It's very similar to what you might get with, uh, sites like Reddit, uh, and you post content, videos, uh, and the community upvotes you. Now what's, uh, interesting about Uptrends, what I think makes it so very much unique besides it just being such a very easy-to-use interface that people who aren't even familiar with cryptocurrency can partake in and understand it quickly, easy, adaptable accounts with wallets, etc. Um, is the way it works. So each upvote is paired to the UP token, which is 5 cents. So every time you get one of these upvotes, you get basically the token, right, that's worth 5 cents. The, the UP token. Um, and that is very, uh, unique when it comes to, uh, account-based democratic voting in a great sense, because it makes it a little bit more fair and it makes it easier to get value across the network. And so I think that is something unique that doesn't quite happen like it happens with other social media cryptocurrency sites across the blockchain. Uh, and I think that, uh, is definitely a plus for Uptrends. So, um, the model works on something called, uh, you go up in these levels and the higher the levels you get up, the more impact and influence it has on your own post, but not the post of other people as far as I understand it. So I think that's very important as it's more about your account and not about other people's accounts and a variety of things like that. What we get with Steemit and WhaleShares and BearShares. Um, and, uh, because of that, these unique qualities, I think it works very well for Uptrend. So, uh, we have finally integrated, uh, a system of Uptrend into the BitcoinMYK website. It works something like this. Many of you all who have voted on our content, um, that have enjoyed our content, or we get credited these upvote tokens. So, uh, we decided that it would be a good idea is what if we gave you all something in return, the BitcoinMYK token, and we gave them in relation to the upvotes we got from the site. And, uh, so we'll show you how to do that shortly, how when you upvote, you just come over to the site, let us know what post you upvoted, and we will verify your account and give you in relational value our BitcoinMYK cryptocurrency. You don't have to pay for it or anything like that, but Just make sure that you genuinely like the content, and we try to put out great content. We would like to think, uh, that our content is great and that you guys really enjoy it. But if you do and you upvote us, come over to our site and you will get this reward in the BitcoinMYK token, and we'll show you shortly, uh, how you can do that. Uh, as well, what we want to do now is want to talk about some of the new sites on the horizon like BitTubers. I talk about what's happening with the Steam at Hartford 21, uh, BeerShares and WealthShares. So we'll get you over to those sites. Okay, so we're here on the site. So you get over to the BitcoinNYK site, you will go to where it says earn BitcoinNYK tokens. Uh, you just scroll down all the way to the bottom and you can see there are other little offers on other sites you can complete as well, but You only need to include your Uptrend account name, the, uh, address of the post you upvoted, and, um, in the last square you just put in, uh, where your cryptocurrency, where the BitcoinNYK tokens will go. So there's two ways you can get them. You can either get them in the Freedom Exchange, uh, on a Freedom Exchange, in which case you will be given a BitcoinNYK memo ID. Uh, you can provide that in the box here and the Tokens will be sent there, or if you have a Steemit account or Steemit wallet, just include your Steemit name and they will be sent over to the Steemit exchange, which you can log in through Steam Connect with your same, uh, account details. And it's as simple as that. Uh, they're already on an exchange where you can trade them. They're actually on 3 exchanges you can trade them and you can move them from exchange to exchange. That is the Freedom Exchange, the Steam Engine Marketplace, and the Waves decentralized exchange. So those are the 3, and it's as simple as when you upvote us, just fill out the details, hit submit. You don't have to register an account, although there are many perks. You get extra tokens when you do register. Just let us know and we'll make sure you get them. You can leave in the chat section, you can tell them you registered and you're looking for your free tokens for registration. But if you don't want to go through the headache of registration, you can simply just fill out the form and we'll get you your cryptocurrency. That way. But again, you will still need a Freedom, uh, need an account with the Freedom Exchange, the Waves Exchange, or, or have a Steemit account, right? Any of those things get the cryptocurrency. So it's as simple as that. And if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, be sure to leave them in the comment section of the video or, uh, the post thread. So let's look at some of the other, uh, social media sites in comparison and talk about some of the evolution we're getting cryptocurrency with social media sites. Okay, so we're here now on the BitTubers.com site, which is a social media site. Now BitTubers started off, or BitTube started off, as a type of version in the cryptocurrency space of YouTube that was quite user-friendly and allowed you to upload your video content on and be compensated for it. Now what was so unique, about BitTube was that BitTube used something different than many of the other social media platforms. Whereas many of them relied on upvotes and the community deciding what content was valuable and important, BitTube relied on something called airtime, or the amount of time and attention you paid to a post and stayed on it. As we go through the evolution of social media over the blockchain, what I'm finding to be quite important is this constant evolution of social media as we get more and more oversaturated. So there's a lot of social media sites for the cryptocurrencies popping up every day. EOS is going through with Voice very soon, and What I think is going to be very important is how unique these social media sites are in the space, uh, and how much value they give back to the community. And the problem with upvotes have been that upvotes have always relied generally on pools of individuals who had the most of the cryptocurrency who would distribute it how they saw fit. And when you have something like BitTubers, you totally decentralize the idea of, uh, where that value comes from because it's decentralized by time, right? Everybody's time is given over attention and value to it. And that seemed to be working quite well for the BitTubers platform. Uh, so they then put together this social media site, uh, that as well uses airtime. So the amount of time you spend on a post, the more money you earn. Right? And so that's quite interesting, and that's quite unique. And I think it's going to come over quite fair for a lot of people who use, uh, the social network platforms over the blockchain. They won't be subject to conclave voting, or they won't be subject to, uh, you know, ideas of, uh, of, uh, wells that can control the value of the, of the community and where that money goes. So these are These are all unique ways to address social media, cryptocurrency over the blockchain, and a way to democratize it and a way to give the value back to the community who give so much value to the platforms. And so I think that's all very, very important. So BitTubers, great project, great site. And I just got signed up in it today. So I will be starting to post over here We'll try to leave a link in the description. So let's go get over to BearShares now. All right, so we're here on BearShares, and the reason, uh, I'm taking a look here at BearShares— BearShares has been out a while now, and it's a Steemit clone basically, and many are Steemit clones. But the thing that might be unique for BearShares that might help a lot of people now is it's still kind of a newer community and probably going to have more attention over there. You have a much better chance of gaining their cryptocurrency and getting integrated more better into the community. So it's kind of still on that level where if you go over on the BearShares platform, you're going to probably get upvotes a lot more easier. You're probably going to get noticed a lot more easier. But the problem with that is with these type platforms that generally you have more attention on and you get noticed more on, they generally have a very poor liquidity, you know, meaning that, uh, right, it's hard to cash out your cryptocurrency, it's hard to get the value for your post. And, uh, BearShares suffers a very severe issue when it comes to liquidity, uh, almost to the point to where, uh, if you're on BearShares, I wouldn't worry much about getting paid at this point in time. Uh, the value of, you know, BearShares it is the liquidity problem is very, very difficult, uh, but it will get your notice. And in the case that it does take off, you will probably be in a pretty good situation. Now, uh, I'm not going to go over to Steemit and WhaleShares. There also are— WhaleShares is a clone of Steemit. The only difference with WhaleShares, it doesn't have the bots. However, I found that recently with WhaleShares, very difficult to make money. And although they have a much more highly liquid situation than what you have at BearShares. Uh, they are plagued with many of the similar problems with Steemit where you don't get noticed a lot, where the whales control the network. They don't have bots, but it still doesn't stop the whales from controlling the network and having issues. And so they have very poor distribution as far as I can tell. Steemit with Hard Fork 21 coming up, I think it's something we really need to pay attention to because they have a funding mechanism now that will allow many new developers to come in with many new ideas. And I think many of those new ideas are going to be geared toward making Steemit a great deal better. And they're going to have, unlike many other platforms, Steemit still has a great deal of capital and a great deal of money to finance projects that the community would like to see happen. So getting that on the table, getting developers on the table and getting things launched is not a problem for Steemit. The problem with them has been thus far how to go forward. And a lot of the burden has been on Steemit.com to try to figure out what the community wanted. Now they're giving the power back to the community to decide what projects the community itself wants to see, giving, um, the community the democratic vote to decide, we want this on our platform, we need this, and then at the same time supplying the capital to do that. That's very important to getting you off the ground and getting you working effectively. So that's pretty much all I want to say with this. If you all have tried these platforms, tell me which ones are your favorite. Tell me which ones you like the best. Tell me which ones you think are, uh, you know, do best as far as value-wise, being able to provide liquidity and compensate back to the community. You know, as a lot of people who, uh, will write valuable posts and content, they will be looking for some compensation because the way that the, uh, social media projects have worked out over the course of time is it has constantly been this— the big corporations, they get all the value, all the money. You don't get paid for the post, you don't get acknowledged by your contributions. And now blockchain technology is allowing us to do this, but we're going through an evolution. And I'm glad to see so many projects getting set up, finding a way to efficiently give value back to the people. And so I believe we're going to see a great deal more going forward into 2019. But that's all I wanted to say in this video. If you all like content like this, don't forget to like, subscribe, and until next time, take care.
