Btcmyk - When Will Value Reach Billions?

BitcoinMYK is a cryptocurrency built on Universal Basic Income, currently valued at $51,000 with 1,356 daily visitors. The presenter applies Metcalfe's Law to argue it could reach billions within a year as automation drives adoption, claiming 70-80% of people would support UBI.

Welcome back to the channel. I hope you're having a great day. So today I want to talk about BitcoinMYK, uh, what is the value of it really? I mean, when we first started BitcoinMYK, um, much of what we got was that, uh, if you try to create a cryptocurrency based around Universal Basic Income, people don't believe in the idea of getting something for nothing, getting something free. So any project that would be built around the idea of free would at first glance just seem not possible. But is it possible to get something for free? Well, let's, let's consider asking ourselves the question. We've just here in recent times experienced a global pandemic in which I just got through watching specials about what nations have done around the globe to deal with this looming situation. And what we hear about a lot is a great deal of business and companies getting billions of dollars for free to assist in this global pandemic. Now, uh, those companies and those businesses got that money for free, and some of them, um, as the documentary brought out, they got that money and they weren't supposed to get it. So they improperly got in some cases, and Some people were noble enough to send money back that they weren't supposed to get, and some are under no legal requirement or obligation to send back the money. So they decide to keep millions upon billions of dollars, they could, and there would be no legal recourse against them. So some people would still extend that further and say, well, that's not really something for nothing, because what would need to happen is, uh, the taxpayer somewhere down the road would still have to pay that— pay those funds back. And in some cases, they would be correct, unless there are situations where the value itself gets offset to the point it gets offset outside, outside of human production. And where do we see that at? We see those in the areas of data, robotics, and artificial intelligence. As to say, if there were once 100 men doing production and work of 100 people, and then they were paying taxes back to the government on that. If one robot were to come in and now does the work of those 100 men, there would be wealth created out of that robot now taking on that labor and that labor output and freeing up the humans, right? So now you would have a surplus somewhere. You would have an asset. And, you know, we can go deep and deep, deeper, take deep dives into exactly you know, some of the concepts within that, but I think you get the gist of what's being said here. So the bottom line is there actually may exist an idea of getting something for nothing to where that doesn't come back on taxpayers or consumers to some degree. Now the reason I'm saying all that is I'm saying all that to say this, that according here to, uh, site indices, the BitcoinNYK.com platform right now, uh, has a value of over $51,000. Now prior to that, I think it was last month, it was, it was close to around $100,000, but the Alexa rankings were close to about 3 million, right? So we see some changes here, and I'm going to explain a little bit why those changes might have occurred. But I, we also should take into consideration that the BitcoinNYK.com is just one site. That will be a series of sites and projects that are related to the BitcoinNYK project, right? So you could in essence have hundreds of sites like this with value similar to this, linked to this cryptocurrency. But it says here BitcoinNYK.com has Alexa global rankings of over 2,293,943, has an estimated, uh, worth of about $51,981, and it's getting about 1,356 unique visitors a day, right? So, um, it's also important to keep in mind the vastness of the Bitcoin NYK project. That's not including any what might be any, uh, uh, equity in the token itself, the, the value that's moving on the blockchains and exchanges and so on and so forth. You know, as many in cryptocurrency know how this goes, but it just shows— I, I think the point that's being made here is that it just shows that an idea conceptually thought to be free, uh, in receiving this free cryptocurrency can have value. How much value can it have? Well, Let's consider that universal basic income, especially under these global circumstances where we might be in a global situation where half of all the planet's resources is owned and controlled by only about 1% of the inhabitants. Now, that should stop us in our tracks right now and let us know something is wrong. Let us know that the systems we believe that are working probably aren't working, right? Or certainly that they could do a lot better. I think we could all rest at that point at least. But when you consider so many people control so little resources, you find that a lot of people go through life living paycheck to paycheck, barely making the ends meet. Perhaps some of you missing listening to this video might know and understand that if you miss one paycheck coming up on Friday, it would be a wrap for you, right? That you wouldn't be able to function. And that is a problem, right? So that brings up the idea, how many people would be or would welcome the idea of universal basic income if they really believe that value could come out of somewhere other than people, other than higher taxation, and that, uh, how many people would opt for it? So, um, would it be safe to say about half the globe? Let's be conservative. Let's say 50%. I believe those are the numbers in the United States, but what are the realistic numbers? I'm not 100% sure, but if they got around 70 to 80%, it wouldn't surprise me. And I think You know, many of us could, you know, basically agree with that, right? So that means that you could potentially have a large amount of users on a universal basic income platform. You could have, in some sense, mass adoption. When you think of something that many of us might term monopolies, whether it be like Facebook or Google or Twitter. We could potentially have a good competitor to these monopolies in technology as they exist. And I can only think of something like this and a social network format that could probably achieve that with a Universal Basic Income project. Now there's a lot more to the Bitcoin MYK project. But right now we're just dealing with this particular video about how such systems can gain value. So as we said earlier, uh, last month the value was around $100,000. Again, this is just for the site itself. This isn't including multiple sites that exist in the project. This isn't including, uh, the transference of the cryptocurrency and so on and so forth, right? Uh, so there's a lot of things left out of this valuation. So in essence, we're, we're talking about something that should be valued a lot more higher than this. Now, at what point does this become a multi-million dollar project, uh, where, uh, we're seeing things like that? Now, no one can really tell 100%, but I'm just going to take a guess here and saying that this, that the value reached over $100,000 last month, just this one platform, that one site, you know, that by end of the year it wouldn't surprise me if it went to millions of dollars. That's just my best, my guesstimate. But one thing that is clear and one thing that seems to be working is that Metcalfe's Law is in full effect. And if you don't know what Metcalfe's Law is all about, it is an equation that that says the bigger a network, the more valuable it's going to become by default. The more, uh, uh, uh, uh, connections to that network, right? And connections aren't just node or computer servers, but the connections could be the actual site users' accounts and people, right? That counts as a connection under Metcalfe's Law as well. So this is how BitcoinNYK has managed to go from, uh, particularly a site worth, you know, maybe a few thousand dollars if that, to all the way going up to $50,000. Now the reason that— and hundreds of thousands of dollars— but the reason you're not saying that now is because in cryptocurrency, anytime there's value, anytime there's money being made— and this goes for any site, this goes for exchange sites as well— you're gonna have a lot of people thinking they can get money and hack your site, right? And you're gonna have a lot of phishing scams, and that's how come you should always make sure you're visiting the actual BitcoinNYK.com URL and always be safe and find out how to be safe, because there's always going to exist hackers, they're always going to exist the opportunity and possibility security-wise for them to hack into systems and chains and sites, which is why we have many, many hacks and things like that throughout cryptocurrency, throughout monetary sites. But, um, the security on BitcoinMYK, I can assure you now, is top-notch, and that some of the data that gets, uh, pushed around on various servers and search engines Some of this data is, um, you, you should consider that it is outdated. But, uh, as long as BitcoinNYK continues to do this, I don't think we're far from seeing the value of the site, uh, of the platform itself being worth millions upon millions of dollars. Um, what I think one has to also keep into consideration is that what we've seen in cryptocurrency, a lot of the pyramid Ponzi scheme hype cycles, pump and dumps, and bubbles don't actually speak to the intrinsic value of a project or the value overall of a project, right? So you can have these hype cycles, but what you really need to be looking at is the plan for that project, how it's going to get all these people, why, why is it going to get all these people people? How is it going to work? And some, when those questions get scrutinized and asked, they come up short, or they're, they're very niche, right? They might be doing one particular thing in one particular area. Now, what happens when you're in a project that does one thing, that's this kind of one-trick pony type thing? Well, it kind of caps itself to the value it can grow. I was having a conversation earlier about such projects that just do one particular thing, right? Now, uh, we know gaming sites can do very, very well, um, but the reality of the situation is there are only going to be so many people that like a certain game, right? And so whether that's 50 million users or 100 million users, that's going to be your cap. Something like universal basic income, with so much of the world's wealth being controlled by such a small percentile of people, with us possibly heading into recession areas and uncertain economies, Great Depression areas, um, it is, you know, not unfathomable to see like 90% of the world want universal basic income and like 10% of the globe saying, hey, we don't need it, right? Uh, it is estimated over the next 5, 10 years, 47% A very important common jobs will be gone. And who makes up these common jobs? Most people we know, most of the population, right? These are people gonna be outta jobs. And I think it's a bit outrageous and unrealistic to say these people will become computer programmers. So they're gonna need the use of something like universal basic income. That's going to be able to facilitate money transference where it needs it so our civilization doesn't fall, right? But that's all I want to say in this video. Tell me if you think that sounds like a good idea under Metcalfe's Law to grow a network exponentially that serves a purpose, that serves the people, that serves them in the means of a currency to move economic prosperity to them through velocity of money and through robotics revolutions and artificial intelligences, those tasks and that labor output be passed on to them. All right, so very interesting stuff. Let us know what you think in the comment section. That's all we want to say in this video.
