Electroneum - Everywhere!

Electroneum's "Everywhere" initiative targets mass adoption in Africa through vendor partnerships and AnyTask, which lets users earn crypto by completing tasks. Unlike Bitcoin's limited incentives, Electroneum's business-focused model with ambassadors and credit-card on-ramps mirrors Akon's crypto city approach and prioritizes user experience over developer ideology.

Welcome back to the channel. Hope you're having a great Friday afternoon, and we want to talk Electroneum today. So Electroneum everywhere, right? What does that mean? So in a recent interview conducted here in Malta at the crypto conference, Richard Ells talked about Electroneum anywhere. Or everywhere, uh, and that's going to be a network of vendors where people can locate and find, uh, where you can actually spend, use Electroneum, uh, as the, um, the mass adoption for Electroneum grows. This is very interesting, um, looking at Richard Ells. He's actually sitting next to Akon. Akon, the former, um, the, the musician, uh, who's done quite a bit in Africa with cryptocurrency. I believe he's, um, something like, uh, what was it, uh, um, hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars, uh, in cryptocurrency, uh, established, establishing, or, uh, will be creating something like a crypto city, right, that's run on solar power. Um, one of the African presidents, as I understand it, gifted him a large amount of land to be able to create this crypto city. And of course, he's just doing a lot of great things in Africa. So good job with Akon. But, you know, with Electroneum and now, you know, making its way through Africa, 3 major countries in Africa, I believe is Nigeria, Tanzania, and I think I'm missing one. I can't remember them all off the top of my head here, but, um, Electroneum is now, uh, there in those countries. And, uh, we know that Electroneum has kind of been going from country to country. Um, you know what was interesting, uh, was Richard Ells was speaking about, um, how when we create certain projects or products in cryptocurrency. Um, to us, to people who've used cryptocurrency, people who know about private keys, uh, people who know how to use a variety of wallets as such, uh, it would seem quite simple for us to, um, you know, basically come to the conclusion that this is quite easy. You just use it, right? You just do it. But this is not what it's like to people who are new to this technology, who will need to utilize this technology. It is not simple, right? We have to— in the development of our products, we have to go to the user experience and we have to remember that the user experience that they're having is not our user experience, right? Um, it's vastly different. Um, interesting enough, I was speaking with, uh, some developers, um, uh, a few months back, I think. And I remember a conversation where I believe we were talking about Ethereum and EOS or something like that, and I was talking about the, uh, the difficulty of the wallets and a variety of things, and Uh, some of their response was quite disturbing. I remember some people saying something like, uh, well, you know, if they, um, want to use the product, they need to learn how to use it. And, um, you know, something to the effect that they will figure it out, right? So, you know, that kind of, um, thought process about adopting cryptocurrency, I don't think it's gonna do, gonna be quite helpful, right? I don't think it's gonna work quite as well as we'd like it. So what Electroneum's been masterful at doing is being able to develop products. And I believe this has a lot to do with Richard Dale being a successful businessman coming off of other successful projects. And that's something that doesn't get mentioned a lot. That Richard Dale has been successful in the past with other ventures, with other businesses, right? And for a space that is developed, run pretty much by developers and development, you know, I worry about the business element in cryptocurrency. When Richard Dale talks about Electroneum everywhere, when he talks about this branding and branding ambassadors throughout the world, You know, these are very well put together business approaches that work. And that's something we don't have in crypto with many projects, right? What is the salvation for everything in cryptocurrency? Build more stuff. Build more stuff. Build more stuff that only a few hundred thousand or 100 or 1,000 people are using, right? Build more stuff, build an application. At the top application might have 3 or 4,000 users total. Build more stuff, right? That, that, that is it. And, uh, cryptocurrency hasn't fared well, right? It hasn't, uh, fared well, uh, with this approach, right? So, uh, yeah, great things that are happening with Electroneum. Of course, Richard talked a lot about AnyTask, what's going to be happening, how to get this new flow of money into Electroneum. Electronium, right? Because now they're going to be able to use the AnyTask. They're able to take credit cards. This is a great way to get— actually, this is an excellent way to get money into cryptocurrency, right? It's a very excellent way because they take the money, they use their MasterCard or Visa. It's not any crazy things going through exchanges and all this. They do this and then the Electronium goes in the hands of the people that they're hiring to perform these tasks and such. And that's a good way to get new money into the economy indirectly without a person having to go through this, um, uh, this, uh, long learning process of how to use cryptocurrency, right? And the bottlenecking effect of what comes from that, right? So, uh, great, uh, great things that are happening with Electroneum. Electroneum is one of those projects that gets it. And, you know, we just do not get it yet in cryptocurrency. We do not have the business approach to it that's going to attract enough people, and that's why we haven't mass adopted. That's why the process is so slow, too slow to many people feel. Bitcoin, over a decade and hasn't worked. Some people say it's the beginning of crypto, but I feel that over a decade is quite enough time. I think the problem is something like Bitcoin, because of the nature of the decentralization, there isn't any incentive to really get Bitcoin out there. And with something that's more hybrid, like the Electroneum, the business, uh, it's a lot more incentive for them to go out and make their product work. So, uh, um, that's my thoughts on what's happening with Electroneum. I'd love to hear some of you guys' comments about how you feel about Electroneum, what's happening with it. Also, don't forget our project that, um, is a Bitcoin slash deflation token slash universal basic income token. I am a cryptocurrency agnostic, right? So I don't, you know, I love Electroneum, but there are other great products out there. There are other great projects out there. A project that I started, BitcoinMYK, it has a task workers program. It gives out UBI globally. It, I guess you could say, has a version of a Bitcoin fork where most of the Bitcoin users get the tokens and the ones that don't claim the tokens, it goes to people to give them universal basic income so everybody can get a share in the project. It's a very interesting project, deflationary quality, similar to what you get in BOMB token. And I, I think you guys will really love it. It's absolutely free to try. Uh, the whole idea of the project is for proof of participation, and I think you really are going to like it. Uh, it's all right to like more than one cryptocurrency provided that it makes sense and, uh, is mass adoptable. that has a great, um, future ahead of it, uh, due to the plan, right? Due to, uh, looking at the things that matter, right? But anyway, that's all I want to say in this video. If you like content like this, don't forget to like and subscribe.
