Electroneum - New $3 Trillion Market

Electroneum aims for a $3 trillion market by combining instant payments with KYC compliance and a hybrid centralized-decentralized model. The host argues mass adoption needs tens of millions of users, far beyond Bitcoin's current base, and sees the price finding a floor for steady growth ahead.

Hey you, welcome back to the channel. And guys, today exciting news to talk about with Electroneum as they go forward into their new $3 trillion market. That's a lot of, that's a lot of dollars, isn't it? And so we got to learn a lot these last several months about what it takes to be on course, have this type of endeavor like this. That number one, it's not as easy as maybe many coins would think it is to get a market this size, to go after a market this size. That what was needed was going to be some government oversight. Right, KYC, know your customer rules, to be able to do partnerships on a scale and size like this to make things like this happen. And so when you're, when you're dealing with that kind of money, opportunity for that type of money, you will have to be subject to some type of government oversight moving that much money. And so it was inevitable it would come to this. But if you're serious about mass adoption, it's become quite evident to many of us that this is what's going to be necessary, and this is what you're going to have to do and need to do. So Electroneum has the instant payment system in operation. We're learning that it's super fast, that it's working just like they said it would work. And it's very exciting to see. And I see that Electroneum maybe is starting to get revisited by maybe crypto news channels that have quite a bit more followers than normal, right? Then we've seen people reporting on Electroneum. So this is all good. This is all a good thing, guys. And I'm glad to see that Electroneum has taken the necessary steps to make these things happen. Uh, you know, obviously some people are going to have some problems with know your customer rules and the 3 tier levels that are going to be necessary in order to, uh, to now deal within the Electroneum ecosystem. But this is the cost, uh, to getting to this level that we've asked for. And we've asked for this. We, every coin's, uh, asking for mass adoption of You know, what's very, uh, interesting and concerning at the same time is many of these coins don't have— although they are under the idea of, oh well, you know, Electroneum is doing nothing special that we aren't doing, we're going for mass adoption as well. That's what many are saying, but they aren't taking these steps that'll let Tronium is taking. And surprisingly enough, if you look at the number of wallets, the number of registered users, to many coins that have been around for, oh geez, forever now, for nearly decades, you know, you will probably be astonished to find that these coins have very very little wallets, you know. You know, your average Bitcoin maybe has a million users, a million wallets, and that's, that's not a lot on the course to mass adoption, right? You know, on the course of mass adoption, you need to have 40, 50, 100 million wallets, right, to really get to that stage and to really get to that point. And of course, you're gonna have to have partnerships, you're gonna have to have cooperation between your entity and the government because of money laundering, lots of illegal activity. If you're talking like $3 trillion, the governments are gonna stamp down really, really, really hard when they see this vast amount of money moving. So you're going to have to be connected to some degree. And I know in the cryptocurrency space, we do have the purists, or what I like to call them, the purists, people who just, they want fully decentralized. And I understand that. And I like the concept of decentralization in idea. But I think we are going through some growing pains and beginning to fully understand that this is probably going to take a hybrid approach. That, that's the only way we're probably gonna be able to do the things that we have dreamed about doing in the crypto space, that there is gonna have to be some compromise between the two troublesome models of centralization and decentralization. That they don't seem to work well without the other, that some components of both must exist in some form to work within these systems or for them to work at the levels that we're really hoping they'll work at. So guys, I'm glad to see everything is going great with Electroneum. The price is holding. Nothing substantial yet, but I wouldn't really too much worry about that. I think what we're going to see with Electroneum, I think it does look like Electroneum did find its floor. It looks like it's not going to go any further down from where it's at now, at least I don't believe so. And so I think my, in my view, my opinion rather, I think we will start to see this slow progression of the price of Electroneum starting to gain up. And it will, and I think it will be pretty concrete. I don't, I think it will just continually start to move up and not look back. And at least that's what I hope happens. So guys, I'm going to stop right there. Glad to see what's happening with Electroneum.
