Electroneum - New Country

In this video, the host discusses Electroneum’s current standing as a top‑100 cryptocurrency and emphasizes that price fluctuations are not the primary focus. He highlights Electroneum’s real‑world use case: a mobile‑friendly wallet and a freelancer marketplace designed to give the 1.7 billion unbanked people worldwide access to digital banking, learning, and earning opportunities without traditional bank accounts. The speaker explains how users can trade labor and digital skills as value within the ecosystem. He also notes that Electroneum appears to be expanding into Southeast Asian markets—potentially Malaysia or Vietnam—to target regions with limited banking infrastructure. Throughout, he expresses confidence in the project’s utility, encourages viewers to check his own crypto project, and concludes with a positive outlook on Electroneum’s future.

Welcome back to the channel, and I hope you all are having a great day. So, want to revisit Electroneum today. I still try to get in my Electroneum videos. You never forget where you come from. So, uh, what was on my mind today about Electroneum is, um, you know, and I think about this quite often myself. I think about how to get value into the Electroneum project, specifically into the token price, the coin price, because, uh, we know the value is there. There is no question about it that the value is in Electroneum. Um, was taking a look at Electroneum's, uh, ranking today on CoinMarketCap, and, um, Electroneum, I believe, was like 91 or something. So it's still in the top 100. The other day was like 80-something. So this, this, we're talking, we're still talking a top 100 coin here. So, you know, Electroneum is not dead by any means. It's still functioning, still getting volume. And it was up today but got some pullback, slight pullback. And it's had a week of of gaining some momentum there. But I'm not really paying attention to price at this point in time. You know, as I said before, I think it's going to take a little time with Electroneum, but they're one of these, um, cryptocurrency projects that are going to discover, I believe, for us, uh, an actual use case, right? That, that's actually something people actually use. Now, this is something that really hasn't even been achieved with Bitcoin. We know Bitcoin kind of acts as a store of value, but it's quite inefficient, right? It's really not serving the masses of people. People aren't really, uh, walking around doing Bitcoin transactions, but Electroneum is going to be something different. It is tailored to these mobile devices where people are going to actually be able to literally, in a user-friendly interface, walk around with their bank accounts in their pockets. So this is the goal of this. But now to have that, you need an efficient wallet, right? You need a wallet that's going to work for masses of people. You can't have some kind of clunky wallet, which you might get from Ethereum and using MetaMask, and you can't really, uh, have, uh, Bitcoin either. These are all very impractical wallets that don't make a lot of sense. I understand the security, But you understand what I'm saying. So Electroneum is going to pull that off with these devices. Now, uh, what's kind of going around the grapevine here is that Electroneum may end up in Southeast Asia, which makes sense. There are other projects targeting Southeast Asia when you're talking about seeking out real demand for cryptocurrency in communities where their banking systems are not well intact, or it's nearly impossible for the inhabitants to get access to a bank account. You're going to be targeting locations around Africa, India, South America, Southeast Asia. And so it makes sense that as we speak about Electroneum now moving towards or moving into its latest country, Because remember, it's on this global tour now. It's seeking out and it's going in these countries and doing a great job of it. I'm very impressed with this project. Now, you know, again, as far as price, if you're looking at the price, yeah, but you know, I get away from price because I have a project that I think is fantastic. I'm going to leave information on it at the end of this video or in the comment section, but it's not doing super well in price. Doesn't mean it's not a great project. But anyway, uh, this understanding that this is what's going to be happening with people, um, fulfilling this need and actual use, we need to kind of understand, uh, how then are the people going to be able to move value? Because one thing that comes up a lot is, well, kind of doesn't make sense, we're giving these people bank accounts in their back pockets basically, but they don't have any money to put in the bank. You know, in other words, it is the narrative that they have no value to trade in this economy. And I'm not gonna go deep into detail about that, how I explain that. I've done it several times, several videos, several comments have been made in response. To, uh, viewers. But I'm just going to read you a snippet here, a bit here from the website, and I think that's going to do a job of addressing a lot of it. So, driving entrepreneurial spirit via our online freelancer marketplace powered by Electroneum. For the very first time, more than 1.7 billion unbanked people worldwide will be able to learn and sell digital skills without the need of a bank account. So just stop right there for a moment. So what is it saying? It's saying that the people who now have access to this, uh, way to transact all over the world without a bank account, without going down to their local branch offices and having to present identity, you know, various forms of identification, uh, you know, or whatever the case may be with that whatever hurdles they may have with that. Uh, electron is going to solve that problem. Now, uh, learning, uh, and selling digital skills. So now they can go online, they can learn how to do something, they can learn how to, uh, use some type of software application or build it, right? And then they can sell these— this digital— this new digital skill set to, um, whoever is, uh, uh, in this, in this economy, right? And that's going to be all of us. That's going to be all the electronic users, right? And, and attract later, hope to attract the world into this so they can say, oh, okay, this is a cryptocurrency that has a use case. People are actually using it. And that makes a lot of sense, right? So, um, that's kind of the gist of that, right? So again, I get this question in many different ways, but, uh, if you weren't clear about it, yeah, that's kind of how it works. And with people who, uh, don't have money, don't have big cash, but they have labor and skills to trade, that's as valuable as money, and it is traded like a money. So in that sense, they do have money. right? And so that, that's how they get that, uh, value back into the ecosystem. Um, so yep, looking possibly at Southeast Asia. Many of us are trying to figure out the country. Uh, did I hear someone say Malaysia? I'm not certain. Uh, you know, um, Vietnam possibly. I, I have no idea, but hopefully we'll find that out soon. And I'm very interested in learning what it's going to be and, uh, just still riding out this Electroneum thing. Uh, a fascinating project, uh, still a top, uh, 100 cryptocurrency, doing better than some. We'll see what happens. But that's all I got to say in this video. Don't forget to check out my own cryptocurrency project. I'm going to leave it in the description. Go ahead, get you some of that value as well. And until next time, take care.
