Electroneum faces NEO in a Twitter voting competition. The host argues Electroneum has advantages NEO lacks: its own blockchain, a patented instant payment processor, and a shift toward regulated compliance for markets like Japan. Community votes matter for adoption.

Hey you, welcome back to the channel. And guys, you know, as we recall, Electroneum was in a competition over at Twitter with Verge yesterday. So here again today to report on the progress of what's going on with this Twitter Kumite as we go through elimination rounds as communities pick and support their favorite altcoins. Now, at the end of the day, it would seem that your community and the support of your community is what's gonna matter, because I don't know one token that's been created that isn't geared toward mass adoption. Like, every token is trying to do that. I've never heard one token go, well, if we don't mass adopt, no problem. So I think that's kind of like the holy grail to most tokens. Let's Electroneum was victorious against Verge. Uh, now it's going up against NEO, and at this point in time, it's, it's, um, knocking NEO out of the box. Now we know NEO's a juggernaut. It's got a lot of money and trade volume going on. Um, and, um, you know, one thing we were getting a lot, especially looks like from sore losers, uh, on Electroneum, we're getting a lot of people saying, well, hey, you know, Electroneum is not a uh, it's a fork from Monero, it's a copycat of Monero, and this and that. But about Electroneum, Electroneum actually has its own blockchain. That's right, it has its own blockchain. There are many tokens on CoinMarketCap that have a much, uh, higher ratings than Electroneum but don't have their own blockchains. It's ridiculous for the people who argue about technology when these tokens don't even have their own technology, right? So that's, uh, that's, that's crazy. Um, don't quite understand, uh, that, but I think they're just sore. I think they're just sore losers. But, uh, you know, like I was saying, your community is going to matter a lot on mass adoption, and Electroneum support is coming out. So make sure you get over there, guys, and and vote. I'm going to leave a link in the description. Electroneum's up like 76% against NEO's 23% or something like that, right? So Electroneum is a mass adoptable coin, right? Another thing, the comparison to Monero. Well, Electroneum is different from Monero, right? Monero is a privacy coin. Electroneum is a more centralized regulated token. Why is that? Because in mass adoption, there are many countries that you're doing business with, like Japan and many others, that have a very highly regulated cryptocurrency market. And so if you want to mass adopt, and if you want to have, uh, that type of, uh, access, then you're going to have to comply with many of the necessary regulations, right? Which is why Electroneum had to get rid of those Monero privacy features whilst creating its own blockchain. So, you know, that's something that is going to have to happen in order for Electroneum to really achieve its goal to be this highly mass-adoptable token. It also has an instant payment processor. Nobody talks about that, and it's patent— they have a patent on it. So it's Anybody trying to use technology like this in this instant payment type system are gonna have to go through Electroneum. That's not technology. So I don't know. I don't think people who are giving these arguments have really looked at the Electroneum argument or looked at the Electroneum system. I think they're just speaking from old information about Electroneum. Some may be upset with the prices. If you bought in high when Electroneum was going very highly, You know, some people might be upset, but the reality is a lot of people who bought in around ICO, they haven't lost much on their investment, and we are in a severe bear market right now. So you have to consider all of those things. And Electroneum is not perfect, but I think it is touching on some of the most important factors that are going to be necessary in dealing with these cryptocurrencies, and that's the community and the community use of these tokens and finding value in these tokens. The road to mass adoption. Anyway guys, get over there, vote for Electroneum if you want to do that, if you're an Electroneum supporter, uh, over on Twitter, uh, and, uh, we're knocking them out of the box, guys. Uh, we can win this thing, and I think we probably will, guys. You like content like this, don't forget to like, subscribe, and until next time, Take care.
