How To Collect UBI - Leofinance Curation

In this tutorial, the presenter explains how to collect Universal Basic Income (UBI) through the BitcoinMYK platform, a cryptocurrency‑based social media network that merges UBI principles with blockchain incentives. After briefly outlining the historical and philosophical background of UBI, the video walks viewers through the registration process, navigating to the profile page, locating the wallet balance, and accessing the “My History” section where daily login rewards (BitcoinMYK tokens) are automatically credited. The speaker emphasizes that simply logging in each day yields a baseline UBI payout, while additional up‑votes and content interactions can increase earnings. The video then contrasts BitcoinMYK’s automated proof‑of‑participation curation system with Leo Finance’s delegated proof‑of‑stake model, arguing that the former aligns better with egalitarian UBI goals because rewards are distributed regardless of stake size. Throughout, the presenter encourages viewers to subscribe, watch related walkthroughs, and join the Discord for deeper questions, positioning the platform as a potential future economic alternative to centralized social media giants like Facebook.

Welcome back to the channel. I hope you're having a great day. So today we're going to talk about how to collect Universal Basic Income. Uh, if you don't know what Universal Basic Income is, it is the philosophy, the economic model that every human being on the face of the earth had a right to dignity and, um, a monthly income that's supplementally cover their basic needs, right? And this is an idea that's been championed by some of the greatest minds in the world, from Dr. Martin Luther King, Milton Friedman, Thomas Paine. So it's been around a long time. It's lately become in the political arena. A lot of places around the globe, um, a lot of political figures are, uh, pursuing this as, in some cases, the focal point of their platforms. All right, and so, um, what we're doing here, uh, with the BitcoinMYK project is it is this union between universal basic income and cryptocurrencies. We believe that it's a, a union, these two together. And so we, in constructing, uh, social media sites which we believe due to AI revolutions and robotics, people are going to build huge social connectivity networks and that these are going to fuel their new economic systems through likes and upvotes and content. And this is, of course, if you believe that one day robots are going to replace or displace most human workers, which isn't part of science fiction anymore. Seriously being considered by economists and philosophers. And, um, and so it's a serious issue. And of course we've gotten to see, uh, how exactly how serious this is with the onslaught of COVID-19. So today's video is just going to be simple. Uh, if you don't fully understand what the BitcoinNYK project is about, This video isn't going to really be the video to tell you all the technicals about it. How do you move this currency, this cryptocurrency? How do you turn it into real money? What we do is invite you to subscribe to the channel and basically go through a library of videos we have here that describe in detail how those things are done. Right now we're just going to tell you just how to collect it, right? So when you log on to BitcoinMYK.com, You're going to notice, and I'm going to go up here to— it's just like a standard social media profile, but it has a wallet. It has a wallet where you can send out this cryptocurrency to various participants through the system. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to go up here to my icon, right? You're going to have one too when you register an account. It's very easy. Very little information is needed and provided. Basic information about you, your email addresses, nothing serious. Drivers licenses or anything like that, or birth certificates. Um, what you're gonna do once you log in, you go up here to the top of the— your screen, and you're gonna see that you have, uh, your profile icon, right? And I'm just gonna blow that up. I'm gonna click— click on that, and that's gonna take you into your profile page, right? Okay, once in your profile page, you're gonna see basically your balance, your wallet balance. You're gonna see your basic profile information, standard things that you're going to run into on your social media sites, right? What this is, is this is a combination of your social media and your, excuse me, in your wallet, right? Your cryptocurrency wallet. We're going to be able to send out these, these various currencies from, uh, different members of the network, right? Okay, and excellent. And then if you look here to the left-hand side of your screen, you're going to see the My History button. When you click on that, what's happening here is, um, you're seeing that you're being rewarded for various things you just do every day anyway on social media. Right, but if you go down here to, um, right here where it says Bitcoin MYK tokens for logging in, this is part of our Universal Basic Income program. So it's automated, the system does everything. Once you log in, you're going to receive the currency. Um, every day you log in, you're going to be able to collect Universal Basic Income with the project. And, uh, make sure you subscribe to the channel because we're going to show you how to turn that into real cash dollars that you can use in your everyday lives, right? That is the goal, to, uh, get this network built up and create enough value so that you can extract, uh, enough value each month to cover your basic needs. Now, um, if we look at platforms like Facebook— Facebook, Facebook is right now almost worth a trillion dollars. Imagine, uh, us being in a similar situation, but instead of the money and value going to a board of directors, going to the CEOs, going to this 1% of the populace, uh, that, that money goes back to you all, right? And so that is the goal of BitcoinMYK, and the size of the network and the more people joining, that's how closer we're going to get to our goal. So that's why it's going to be so very important throughout this process that you not only log in and use this. I know some people come on here and in the very beginning stages they don't quite understand it, or, uh, they rather go back and use their other social media. But I would, uh, uh, definitely ask you to consider that when you do that, you are promoting the 1%, uh, extraction of the economics in our economy to go to those people, whereas this is a much more evenly distributed system, a system that's going to be more economically prosperous for the people. And so I remind you to consider, to consider those things. But as you can see here, that's basically how it works. And you get various amounts of the cryptocurrency based on what you do. Some of them are going to pay more than others. And, uh, but the bottom line is, if you just log in every day, if you're just present, uh, on the network, you're going to earn your Universal Basic Income cryptocurrencies. And, uh, as I said, uh, good idea to subscribe to the channel, watch other videos that tell you exactly what you could do with the BitcoinNYK token. There are several things you could do with them, and I think you'll, you'll like this product. Uh, but with that said, I'm going to segue into another area, uh, which is talking about a project that we post on called Leo Finance. And, uh, this might be foreign to some of you all. Some of you all, this might make sense to. But Leo Finance, uh, we're gonna go over there right now. It is basically a, uh, another social media site that is kind of using, uh, a similar method to, uh, our system. But before I go over there, I just want to show you something real quick, uh, so it'll make a lot more sense, the, uh, the Leo Finance community to understand what changes we've made in, uh, in the Leo Finance curation system. All right, so we're here on the BitcoinMYK site. We can see some posts going up here. We have been doing, uh, the BitcoinMYK project, uh, we use other social media sites and we put out our content on a various, uh, number of these social media cryptocurrency sites, and they're very interesting. You earn money posting your content. As many of you all know, some people in the cryptocurrency space don't really use them, some people do. But I'm going to drop down here and, uh, let's look at this, um, this video I, I posted here. And, uh, the reason this is, uh, important is because we have been posting a lot of our content over on these other social media sites like Leo Finance, and people would upvote the content And because we're a Universal Basic Income project, oftentimes that if it's anything related to BitcoinNYK content, we just pretty much, you know, put that back in the BitcoinNYK ecosystem, right? Give it back to the BitcoinNYK users, right? We don't generally pocket that, right? As our whole thing is about distribution and things like that. But anyway, we had been basically rewarding the Leo Finance community, like when they upvote us, we would would give them Bitcoin and YK cryptocurrency. Probably many have noticed they're no longer receiving them, and they're probably like, hey, what happened? I thought that's what we got. And the changes have come. There is no, you know, no reason in particular we stopped that other than, as you know, it would be time-consuming to just, you know, send out payments to people because it wasn't on an automated system. And with this, our curation system now, BitcoinMYK.com, it is— so basically what's happening, we're basically uploading our same content here and it's automated. The AI will award you cryptocurrency for doing it. So the system rewards us and it'll reward you as well. So in short, the Leo Finance community, whereas we think it's a great community still, it's just less time-consuming and more practical that if the Leo Finance community wants to be rewarded, that they can just kind of log in over here, they can upvote over here our content. The way the curation works is you earn, uh, when you upvote others, right? So you're incentivized to upvote others, um, and, um, you know, basically the people you're upvoting, of course they earn. And I'm gonna— you can also self- vote, right? So I like my video, I don't have any votes yet. I'm going to, uh, upvote my own content, right? And yep, that went through. So I got a +1 BitcoinMYK token, right? As I hit the icon, it turned red, right, to, to, to say that that money's went into there. Um, and the more people upvote, the more that's going to go into my wallet here. And you can find your wallet on the right-hand side. Right of your screen, right? So that's what's happening with Leo Finance. That's why we're no longer doing that. Uh, just, I just want to demonstrate to you how you can do that here on this site. It'll go on your wallet and you'll still get the, the cryptocurrency. So over here on Leo Finance, and like I said, it's a great site. It looks kind of similar to BitcoinMYK. You guys, you can see they have the little, you know, polls and upvotes and things like that. Their layout is more for long-form blog writing and articles. Our format is more for just your average Joe people who are on social media. They're not writers, just regular people, right? And that's how come it's, it's, these are different designs, right? So Leo Finance is a more specific community. BitcoinNYK is a more general community, right? And those are the difference in the, in the situation. But I would, you know, I would also say that our philosophies are somewhat different. And again, this isn't me ragging on Leo Finance. I still, um, as a person who studies the economy, and there's a lot of business-related content and things like that. I think the site looks great. Um, I'm, I'm, I definitely, uh, one of my, my personal preferences is in that area. But what I, you know, what goes against my philosophy is the BitcoinNYK project is based on mining, right, the, the cryptocurrency, earning it through the proof of participation model. And, uh, you can't buy it. And this is another one of those delegated proof-of-stake models where the people with the most money, um, they're going to make, you know, they're going to control this network basically. And, and, and if you don't, uh, have, uh, enough of the stake or the money, uh, you're not probably going to earn a lot. You're not going to have a real good user experience here. And, uh, that is something I think that it's just, it's kind of against our universal basic income philosophy for, uh, for one thing. And that's another reason I just think it's better we do all our curation over on BitcoinMYK and, and not, you know, Leo Finance, you know, in that way anymore. But, um, you know, it's also, uh, if you do content, if nobody upvotes you, uh, then you're not going to earn any money. Whereas our BitcoinMYK, it's, it's an automated a curation system. It's an automated upvote system, which means our algorithm, our algo, is going to just go in, it's going to look at everything you do, and it's going to upvote you and give you so much value for it no matter, you know, what, right? And then you still have the ability to manually upvote like I demonstrated here on the video, right? And that's not what happens on delegated proof of stake. And it's led many to believe that, you know, just put a bad taste in a lot of people's mouth. A lot of people in cryptocurrency don't like these systems and they don't use them. So people who use Ethereum, I think Vitalik, he has kind of voiced, he had a negative kind of view of these type of systems. Not so much about is it fair or not that if you have the most stake, can control, can you— who you can upvote, but more so about the security of the witness models and there being probably 20, you know, big witnesses and, uh, that control the network. And from a security standpoint, I don't think he was a big supporter of that. He, uh, you know, we all have these trade-offs in cryptocurrency, and so that's part of what the issue is. But that's all I want to say in the video. If you have any questions about How to collect Universal Basic Income, in-depth questions about how it works, where does the money come from, is it worth your time, is it going to be a big network like Facebook one day, is it worth you to, you know, cover your bases and have some of the cryptocurrency just in case. We'll be more than happy to, you know, answer any questions you have in the comments section, or you could join our Discord and speak with us there. But that's all I want to say in this video. Until next time, as always, take care of yourselves and each other.
