Steemit Ads! - DClICK / BTM Bloggers Advertising

In this video the host introduces D‑Click, a new proof‑of‑click incentivized advertising platform built on the Steem blockchain. He explains why advertising is essential for Steem’s sustainability and describes how D‑Click lets creators embed ads in their posts and earn rewards each time a link is clicked. Rewards are paid in D‑Click tokens, which can be exchanged for up‑votes (SMT) or held for potential market value. The platform is accessed through SteemConnect and features a dashboard that mirrors Google AdSense, showing clicks, earnings, and delegation options. Delegation allows users to lease Steem power to D‑Click, earning a share of weekly profits (30% of lease‑based revenue and 30% of newly issued tokens). The host highlights the low‑cost nature of the system compared to traditional ad networks. He then showcases the launch of BTM Bloggers, a social network that pays for likes, and describes how they are using D‑Click for an aggressive, cost‑effective marketing campaign. Throughout, the speaker expresses strong enthusiasm and optimism about D‑Click’s potential to increase Steem’s value and provide a viable advertising solution for small businesses and content creators.

Hey you, welcome back to the channel. And guys, today I want to tell you about the D-Click program now implemented through Steemit. And this is a great move as an application. It's just a great idea. I remember almost going on 2 years now when I first arrived on Steemit. That we much worried about would it be sustainable, like where was this money coming from and what was the driving demand behind it. And out of much concern, I said, well, they should start running advertisements because advertisements are a proven system to work. We had many idealistic people at that time. We had many optimistic people. That thought that advertising was ideas of the past and we could create a system that didn't rely on that. And so I just— it just makes me wonder now, had we done this all along in the beginning, uh, if things would have been a great deal different, if our value would have been a great deal higher. But whatever would have been or not, we have Declick now. And let's talk a little bit about what Declick is and why I'm excited about it and why I think it's going to be a great move for Steemit and of course the entire Steam blockchain. Declick is an incentivized ad platform by proof of click. Declick is a project aimed to connect creators and advertisers. The creators can include an advertisement in their content and receive the rewards based on content click. The advertisers can promote their own content and declick as well with almost no charge. The creators receive rewards from the clicks of links and views of clips from any blogs or movies via declick. The producers receive more rewards compared to other platforms and advertisers can promote with almost free of charge because of the token economy. So that's very interesting. That's basically saying that due to the cloak— I'm sorry, the token economy, uh, to run an ad is almost like practically free. It's dirt cheap. Um, it doesn't require the same resources that what you might get with Google AdSense would require. And have the same competitive charge for running these ads as many of these pay-to-click programs would, would have going. And so this is very interesting. This could be a new model across the blockchains. How to use? You use through Steam Connect. Many Steamians know what that's all about. You can select the overview tab. It has this dashboard that looks very similar to Google AdSense, and it shows how many times your ads have been clicked, how many times you, you've earned by running these ads on your content, you know, similar to like Google AdWords and various things like that in the Google AdSense program. Um, and the interesting thing and why this is so affordable as well, as you're rewarded in what they call declick tokens. Tokens are exchanged to votes into SMT open. So this is basically an upvote token, right? Um, similar to what you think of in means of like a cross-chain token, sort of. But when SMT opens, Declic will operate, uh, on its own, uh, value, and you can exchange it directly, whereas now it can only be exchanged for upvotes. I don't think that's going to bother a lot of Steemians. We're kind of accustomed to doing things like this, uh, but, uh, um I think, you know, overall it's going to work great. They also have the delegation tab where you can delegate Steam over to them to increase the value of these upvotes, and it tells you how much you receive from that. 30% of the profit from weekly based on leases, 30% of the Declic tokens that are issued daily based on leases, and your most recent post will be advertised for free if you lease over to Steam. And the access to the advertise tab. This is how to advertise your content. We tried this today. We have an ad campaign running right now. And I really like it, guys. I really like how this is shaping up. I think this is going to build up the value of Steam. And talks about here how the revenues are given. If you have more than $2 in DCLICK coins, you have two choices. Exchange coins to volts, coins are decreased. Keep DCLICK coins, coins will be exchanged to SMT coming soon. So you can hold these coins and then, um, if the market of them, the demand goes up, you can probably make a lot of money trading them in the market if the value of the program increases, which I think it is. I think this is a great idea. Um, I'm not sure who's behind this, but they've, they've done a great job and I'm definitely going to be using them. And Russ talking about they are looking for support developers, you know, to help them out in some way. And a great, great guys, great, bravo to D-Click. I really like this. And it's going to help Steemit a lot. I think I know some people are very You know, have been very oppositional about ads on Steemit. And I think that this should have been a part of Steemit's system for a long time. It just shows you how, an idea of how many clicks you can get, how much money you can get, how many were clicked today. So this can be, it would be a great solution for people who want to advertise their small businesses, or even if you want to just advertise your Steemit post to some degree and Showing the people who put their posts up and various things like that. And looks great, guys. I really like this. I really like this. And kind of segues me into my next topic here. And that is the launch of BTM Bloggers last night. You can officially start earning money over there. We are now using DClick to run some advertisements. from Steemit, uh, about, um, BTM Bloggers. And I think that that's going to, uh, probably be a new model for, uh, blockchain, uh, operations and businesses and applications. And that's going to all be very interesting to see how this works out. But I'm— I like it, guys. I love it. I'm very optimistic about it. I've been waiting on something like this. I think for BTM Bloggers It's gonna, it's gonna provide a great advertising solution because this is our month of marketing and advertising and we want to do some aggressive, aggressive marketing and advertising. And we've been kind of holding back. We had met with some marketing teams and some firms, and the reason we've been holding back a little bit from really using our budget, because we want to use it wisely, guys. So if you are using BTM Bloggers And, uh, you see it, the network's starting to grow and more people starting to join. We had some more people join last night and it's starting to grow. Uh, just sit tight. We haven't put our marketing budget into full effect yet, but we will be doing it this month and you will see the effects of it. But we are being very strategic here and we want to make sure that that marketing budget is used correctly because We want to make sure that our costs and value aren't taken away from the users of the platform and that you get the full benefit of it. So because the advertising here with Dclick, we're glad we found the service, is so, so cost-effective, I think they will find an ally in BTMBlogger. So good, good, good going here, Steemit community, and I think there's a step in the right direction, but that's all I want to say in this video, guys. Guys, if you like content like this, don't forget to like and subscribe. Don't forget to head over to our site, BTM Bloggers. We'll leave a link in the description. It's a new social network that pays you for likes. And until next time, guys, take care.
