Waves - BCH Hardfork - Free Money?

Waves exchange will give BCH holders free BSV tokens on a 1-to-1 basis after the February 22 hard fork. With BCH around $120 and BSV around $60, you could sell both and pocket the difference, though BSV's price may fall due to Craig Wright controversy and potential dumping by miners.

Hey you, welcome back to the channel. And guys, today I want to talk about the ways the centralized exchange is going to be honoring the Bitcoin Cash hard fork between Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Satoshi Vision. So the best exchange in the history of cryptocurrency is going to be honoring this fork on February 22nd. They're going to do the snapshot. You know what that means is if you hold Bitcoin Cash, you're going to receive on a 1-to-1 ratio as much as Bitcoin Satoshi Vision. So guys, this is essentially free money. I think the price of— last time I checked, I think Bitcoin Cash was something like in the $120 range. Bitcoin Satoshi Vision was about half of that, give or take. Uh, and so what's going to happen is just by you holding Bitcoin Cash, you're going to get that equal amount in value of Bitcoin Satoshi Vision. You can then do whatever you want with it, whether you want to hold it in hopes that it might go up, or if you want to dump it. Uh, so that's going to be up to you. And then a gateway will be open, activated on the 28th. You should have your tokens now. In a similar situation, I think Coinbase as well had, you know, not, you know, deposited the fork coins into the wallets of the Bitcoin Cash holders. I think they've all got that all resolved now. I don't really follow Coinbase. But Waves had did a system update. A lot was going on with Waves. They were always developing this, making this platform great. But it's so much worth it because of the product we get afterwards. So I'm very much okay with Waves taking time to get this done, and I'm glad I get another opportunity to get some free money here because, uh, the last time, um, I participated in the Bitcoin Cash, I did pretty well actually. I, uh, I bought quite a bit of Bitcoin Cash Cash. And then I got, um, I got the Bitcoin Satoshi's Vision, and I end up selling both of them. I think I sold the Bitcoin Cash at a slight loss, but, you know, obviously, you know, the selling of the Bitcoin Satoshi Vision was, it was like pure profit. That's basically what it is. And it looks like the prices are a little bit more stable. I think Bitcoin Satoshi Vision is starting to decline in value and Probably will drop some more because people probably be dumping it, maybe, because it's like such— it's a lot of negative news in association with Bitcoin Satoshi's Vision, you know, uh, in reference to, uh, Craig Wright. But then, hey, it's also people who support it, uh, they have advantages, uh, for holding Bitcoin Satoshi's Vision, right? It's like if you're miners and things like that. So, um, you'll probably continue to have some value. But very interesting, uh, it looks like free money to me. Uh, I'll probably end up selling it and buying some Bitcoin MYK with it. But guys, that's all I want to say in this video. Guys, if you like content like this, don't forget to like, subscribe, and until next time, take care.
