Xen Crypto Burn! - Switch From Xen?

In this video the host examines the upcoming NFT‑driven token burns in the XEN (also called Zen) ecosystem and evaluates whether investors should consider moving to other free‑crypto projects such as BitcoinMYK (BitcoinNYK). He explains how freemium distribution—giving away tokens for free—can act as a marketing tool but also risks creating inflation and zero‑value tokens if not balanced with scarcity. The speaker contrasts XEN’s projected trillion‑coin supply with BitcoinMYK’s planned 5 million‑coin cap, arguing that a lower total supply combined with near‑zero transaction fees (enabled by deployment on cheap blockchains like Hive, Bitcoin Cash, Waves, Polygon) can generate higher perceived value. He critiques the use of expensive blockchains like Ethereum for free projects, noting potential SEC scrutiny of Ethereum‑based tokens as unregistered securities, whereas Bitcoin‑linked projects may avoid such regulatory risk. Throughout, he advises diversification across multiple free‑crypto projects, emphasizing that no single token should hold all of an investor’s exposure. The tone is conversational and opinionated, with clear warnings that the content is not legal or financial advice.

Welcome back to the channel. Hope you guys are having a great evening. So guys, today we want to talk about XIN and the burns that are going to be initiated by the NFTs or these NFTs, right? Um, so this is a very great move on behalf of the Zen ecosystem start to get rid of a lot of these cryptocurrencies. When it comes to network effect, giving out free cryptocurrencies to people, that can be looked at from the perspective of marketing, right? And so you can, in some cases, build big networks by allowing for freemium activities, freemium services where people can participate participate, see if they like your product, use it as such. And then once they're in, they have a vested interest, right, in that product. And in some cases that can work. In other cases, you can have a situation where you got all these people with this free stuff and then that free stuff end up having a value of zero because they can obtain it free without value, right? So there's a delicate balance on how to go about that. Of course, the element of making something scarce, right? Excuse me, guys. The element of making something scarce seemingly creates a value system within itself, as scarcity and rarity can create value, right? So obviously that's why a lot of projects like to burn have a lower supply, uh, and that's why Bitcoin, uh, partly has performed so well, and that there are only 21 million coins. Now, of course, the problem next becomes if Bitcoin only has 21 million coins and a product like Zen would like to model Bitcoin in, in some way, uh, then it probably, in my opinion, would be a great if Zen modeled the 21 million coins, because at the end of the day, it really doesn't matter, uh, the supply in so many respects, or, or the denominational value of the coins or stuff, or how it can be divided, in that we can divide cryptocurrencies down to decimal points. Now, although that may not be attractive to many people as the 8th decimal point of Bitcoin. The situation, as it were, is that our, uh, the value of Bitcoin, just 1 Bitcoin, can swell to a great value because of supply being so low, right? I think what I'd like to see is that duplicated in a product like XIN. Now, even with these NFTs and the burns, um, some projections are over about a year The total supply of XEM will probably be around a trillion coins, right? Uh, which, okay, a trillion coins sounds like a lot. It is a lot, but, uh, it is a finite amount of coins. And once that's established and if the network's big enough, uh, there could be value there. There are other coins that have worth trillions of— have trillions in supply and that still have performed value-wise well. I think though any model of freemium services, uh, because you have to overcome a lot of giving all this free cryptocurrency away, thus you could be creating this inflation, so to speak, uh, that you keep your supplies low and just drop it down to the decimal points. Uh, Zen with a trillion coins, uh, being this free project which I think was an awesome move, a great move, which I think is going to be quite the valuable project, uh, in comparison to something like BitcoinMYK, which was one of the original proof of participation models, right? Has social media connected to it where you earn the cryptocurrency free and so on, uh, will only contain 5 million coins when it's done, right? So Zen will have about a trillion, Bitcoin MYK will have about 5 million. Uh, so what that means is if you get a similar situation in Bitcoin MYK, or even close to the situation you've got with the Zen cryptocurrency, you can see the tremendous value that could create. Now the thing is Bitcoin MYK, not as well known as the XEM project, but BitcoinMYK pretty much has free transactions when you're using it on the Hive blockchain as it runs on several chains, or you're using it on Bitcoin Cash, the fees are very low. Using on Waves, the fees are very low. So it has, uh, strategically selected chains, uh, where the fees are quite low. Even on Polygon, you know, obviously that's a lot lower than your Ethereums and so on. And that was one of my, my problems with in that it's comparably, in my opinion, not a good idea to have, uh, a free project run on a very expensive blockchain, right? Because then people will look at the blockchain itself as an investment, right? One of the problems, uh, I think is that HEX is having in that regard, what stopped a lot of the Pulse ecosystem is the idea that the sacrifice, uh, is, is some people are theorizing that the SEC could look at that as just a dodgy way to, uh, break securities laws, right? Violate securities laws and so on. You're still raising money, you're calling it something else, but, uh, everybody could clearly see what you're actually doing is raising money, right? Free projects, which I, in my opinion, are the safe place to put your value now, right? Because at least with free projects, it's going to be a— you haven't taken any money. It's going to be a lot more, uh, difficult to have a problem with the SEC, um, in, uh, in contrast to what you get with something like the Pulse community where people have put billions upon billions of dollars. Now the guys are getting subpoenas from the SEC, right? I don't think Zen is going to have that problem, but I think Zen has a big issue with running this thing on expensive blockchains. I think they should have avoided them at all costs. BitcoinNYK has done that, right? And so BitcoinNYK not only has it done that, but it only has 5 million— it will only have 5 million coins in the end, right? And I project that within maybe about a year, BitcoinNYK will only contain about 5 million coins, right? Uh, whereas Zen will still probably be in the trillions. I like freemium service products. I like free projects, right? But it is likely that Zen users may at some point switch to BitcoinNYK because they're going to have only 5 Bitcoin. Transactions are almost free, close to free. You earn the cryptocurrency free, you can receive it free just by signing up at BitcoinNYK.com. And so just in relation to it being a free project, I think BitcoinMYK achieves more of the higher marks. But that doesn't mean that XIN won't outperform it. I think XIN has some good people behind it, some reputable people. I think it's made a lot of noise in the Hex community, and I think that was all a smart move, right? Now I can see why some in the Hex community felt betrayed, felt used, felt it was all staged and put together by the beginning to go in there and take the Hex community. And the BitcoinNYK project hasn't chosen to do that, so it's— our progress has been a great deal slower. But, uh, obviously they got some backlash with that, but overall they're doing pretty well as far as their roadmap. Um, It's all going to depend on, I think, a great deal on how much they can keep people interested in the project and value-wise what it can return to people. Uh, with a project like BitcoinNYK that's dealing with a great deal less cryptocurrency, if even a fraction of the Zen community comes into the BitcoinNYK project with a total of only 5 million coins in the end, you see tremendous, tremendous potentially tremendous gains and values, which is probably going to attract a lot of people at some point. Uh, and the idea that it hasn't done that yet is a plus, is a good thing for those of y'all who watch the video know about it. Make sure you get some Bitcoin on YK Toast, which you get free, BitcoinandYK.com. But just like we were smart about going into the XIN project, getting out of HEX, and now, and, uh, getting out of the Pulse ecosystem, which now has all these legal problems, which is not going to end well in my opinion. Just like you guys were smart enough to move out of the Pulse ecosystem into XEN, uh, it's probably a good idea. I'm not saying that you have to leave XEN, but it is likely that based on some of the, I think, issues with Ethereum, which I didn't like, Uh, and based on the pacing of XIN having a large supply, uh, I think it's probably a good idea to use both XIN and BitcoinMYK, right? I'm not just saying that because I'm part of the project, but I'm just saying that because I would say it anyway, because I think it would be the smart thing to do and a good idea in my opinion, right? Uh, and because the transactions are just about free and the, uh, the cryptocurrency itself, you can obtain it for free just like XIN. Which I think are the model projects that the type of cryptocurrency projects we should be involved in. Um, that's why I so much support those type projects, right? And again, I'm not saying that you should use one over the other or not use one. Uh, an idea— in a perfect idea, I would like to see all the free crypto projects used by the, the networks and people, and, uh, we have this much more well-distributed society, much more valuable society, a much more fair society, right? That's what I like to see, an idea. Uh, whereas the other cryptocurrency projects that we've risked to get in, many of these projects, probably over 90% with the exception of Bitcoin, are probably going to end up being unregistered securities, right? So you got a problem there, right, that you need to, uh, be in relation of. Bitcoin NYK was directly relative to Bitcoin holders, uh, being able to obtain the cryptocurrency free, making this ledger, um, pretty much identical to the Bitcoin ledger, right? And so in that sense, the, uh, the, uh, network itself would balance itself out. That's not really what's happening with Zen. The problem is Zen is on Ethereum and, uh, the SEC is looking at Ethereum like Ethereum itself might be a security, and that could classify many other products on Ethereum as a security, right? Um, but as we're linked more to Bitcoin itself, Bitcoin being the only decentralized crypto, the only cryptocurrency not determined to be a security by the SEC. With the ledger being linked to Bitcoin, as the people who hold Bitcoin get the Bitcoin MYK cryptocurrency in relation to that, and the other people get it free, then, uh, I think that kind of solves, uh, a lot of that problem to a great degree, right? Not legal advice, not financial advice, but just putting things together, keeping everything else in perspective. I think we would have to I'm not saying there's going to be any problems, but I'm just saying don't put all your eggs in one basket. Expect that many of these cryptocurrency projects could have some type of legal problems in the end, right? Uh, Zen so far looks pretty good. I did— again, I didn't like all the money that went into Ethereum and its connection with Ethereum. Uh, I don't really like Ethereum. But I will say, and Ethereum might be a security itself, but I will say that XIN is a top notch above the other projects. Although I think Bitcoin MYK is better. And this isn't to alarm everybody, but just to keep you on your P's and Q's, right? Many of those in the post-chain community and the HEX community, they didn't think it was going to be a problem with that ecosystem, but now they could be looking at the end. Of their ecosystem, right? That's all I want to say in this video. Until next time, as always, take care of yourselves and each other.
