Xen Crypto - Up 40%/SEC/Btcmyk

XEN crypto surged 40% and sits up 28%, but an attorney is filing SEC complaints against the Pulse community and may target XEN next under the Howey Test. The speaker promotes BitcoinNYK, a decentralized social platform offering cheap transactions and a citizen's dividend as a crypto-friendly alternative to YouTube.

Welcome back to the channel. I hope you're having a great day. And so today we're going to talk about the great upside we're seeing here with ZEN. ZEN's been up as high as about 40% this week. As you can see, it's now around up 28%. And so ZEN is becoming to me, uh, going to be one of these coins where dollar cost averaging might be the order of the day. And so Zen's looking pretty darn good there. I think also with the many projects that are set to come out with Zen going into 2024, its own blockchain, such as many as other blockchains, is launching on applications, games. Zen is building up a good infrastructure, a good platform for what's indicating to me it's going to be around for a good amount of time. And of course, that's all positive news. Now, of course, what I'm doing is just basically a journey of what I'm doing with the Zen project. Please excuse the interruptions. Okay, so we've got that taken care of with our interruptions. Um, and so, um, there's also, as of late, there's been this news kind of going around that there's this attorney who basically files, who has the ability to file paperwork to the SEC on coming across projects, is apparently the same one who filed against the Pulse community. And some of the kind of news in the air is that XEN could potentially be next. Now, How we understand the inner workings of the SEC is that at this point in time, the SEC can pretty much declare anything a security outside of the precedents that have been set, um, in cryptocurrency as far as, uh, if it, uh, violates the Howey Test. You know, as we've— we're seeing played out with the various cases, whether it be Ripple, uh, as such, and the many countless others that went prior to this. And regardless as to where they win or lose, uh, the clarity in the situation seems to be that we really don't know, uh, who the SEC is going to come after and what grounds could there exist that these be established securities. In violation of many of the SEC rules. And it's what we're seeing with the Pulse community, uh, Richard Hart and what's going on with his case against the SEC. We're going to have to see how that plays out, um, if there are violations being met. And when we speak about on the channel, when we speak about the things I do with certain cryptocurrency projects that that shouldn't be taken as financial advice to you all, uh, because, uh, you know, although I may, uh, talk about certain financial matters in these particular cryptocurrencies, um, although I may have at certain professional levels, uh, dealt with certain financial vehicles, uh, at the end of the day, I am not your financial advisor. I am not giving you financial advice that you should be literally taking into your own portfolio. And you should be understanding that it is part of my own journey as such. Now, even when that is said, things can be misconstrued, right? And so we're going to get into a little bit, uh, what the mindset I think should be like in cryptocurrency with these projects, whether it be Zen or something else, um, in order to protect yourself, yourselves, uh, from potential fallout, and as well to just be careful out there what you're doing, uh, in these— in the cryptocurrency space. So I just want to talk really briefly here about the mindset I think people should have in cryptocurrency. Especially when, uh, you're up against the SEC, when many of these projects could be in violation of the SEC as such. So one of the big issues is that the— excuse me— the reasons we come into cryptocurrency, we know oftentimes that has to do with, uh, making money, uh, becoming rich, uh, and I think that's a huge problem, not only because is proven to be unrealistic for most people, but that if the SEC declared, you know, if your future and a lot of your money's invested in these cryptocurrencies, and if the SEC declares them to be securities, well, that's a problem in itself because then what that means is that now your investment is in jeopardy. I mean, you can lose a great deal of your money. So How do we navigate that? And I'll just talk about the way I think about these many cryptocurrency projects. Of course, when I'm choosing many of them, I'm only choosing them because I think that they're offering something to the space that's of value. This is important. Oftentimes, some of the driving factors I'm involved with in cryptocurrency, uh, isn't just only money-based, right? And I think that's a good way to go about cryptocurrency. If you have a love for the space and this is something that you want to do, a place you want to be, then it's not that the money part is not important, but you become able to put it in proper perspective, how to choose projects and how not to get sucked up to the hype and, you know, get your money lost and as it were. And in some cases, unfortunately, some in the space have to deal with the SEC even to the point of losing their freedom. And that's when it becomes a very unfortunate thing that you don't want to be a part of. And you certainly don't want your money to be a part of it either. So Wow, you know, as I often say in these videos, I like the layout and what's been done with XAND, but I also talk a lot about the BitcoinNYK project, one of the projects I've spearheaded. Now, a lot of what I'm doing with the BitcoinNYK project, you can see, is dealing with decentralized social media, it's dealing with the Citizen's Dividend, and so it's this kind of everything coin where social media and your cryptocurrency meets. Uh, in addition to that I also have a bit of an issue with many of the, uh, the, uh, the platform— I'm sorry, people in the cryptocurrency space who use a lot of mainstream media to be the media outlet for our cryptocurrency news sources and such. I think that's a problem in itself because even if, if you're looking at this video on YouTube right now Uh, I don't feel YouTube is really set up, uh, to host many of these cryptocurrency projects. In fact, in the past history of cryptocurrency project and news, many of us who were around know that there was a clear and present threat that YouTube would, uh, cease, uh, crypto media providers to the point of where they either lose revenue through the ad sharing program or maybe even just have their accounts totally suspended or ousted. And so my thoughts are after that, many of us should have migrated to crypto-friendly media, right? Crypto-friendly media sources. And BitcoinNYK is one of these such things. Things, right? Where you could do all the things you normally do on social media. Now again, getting back to this SEC thing, um, there is the possibility, chance that XEN could come under fire like Pulse because, uh, as the SEC targets more and more groups and platforms, uh, the questions then will arise, well, why are you coming after me? What other projects are similar to mine? I'm doing a very similar thing to the next project over there. They're the same people involved and they're having similar experiences. The prices are dumping down. There seems to be market manipulation. Is it decentralized or is this some type of centralized security violation? And all these things come up and Zen by can actually be pulled into this. And there's a possibility that Zen could be guilty of some of the areas of this as well. And of course, I'm not a lawyer and many of you all aren't. We aren't the SEC, so we don't really know until, you know, we know. But we can, you know, talk about that the same parties that were involved with the, uh, the Richard Heart ecosystem, uh, uh, you know, a lawsuit as such and accusations, uh, you know, that they could, uh, submit filings to the SEC as well. Uh, and in the case of that happens, you know, what happens to the prices and etc. I think what I'm going to conclude with is try to get into good projects, get into projects to solve problems. Some people say, well, what problem does BitcoinNYK solve besides this distribution algorithm to supply people with the citizens dividend? I would say it solves the problem of decentralized social media and it creates a another basis for us to release safely our crypto media information, right? That it's probably not safe to depend solely on these other platforms, as it were, uh, and that there are mechanisms here where you can get that same user experience. Uh, and so all that's very important. Uh, I think that's all I want to say today in, in the video. Uh, make sure you join BitcoinMYK today. Let me know what your future moves are going to be within the XIN ecosystem with the XIN project. And are you concerned about the SEC as well? I think with BitcoinNYK, because it's predicated a great deal on you minting your own cryptocurrency projects, it's free to do this. It's using Metcalfe's Law, but You know, even the chains we're using, they're pretty much almost zero to use. Our transactions are pretty much essentially free as such. And so, uh, right, this is, you know, every sense of the word. I don't think people will feel with something like Bitcoin MYK that they're being taken advantage of and abused. I think a lot of complaints come about when people do feel they've been abused, taken advantage of. That they've been part of a scam to a certain degree. I think the situation of Bitcoin MYK is the opposite of that, and that it is in the truest sense of the idea, something trying to provide the best distribution and situation in a currency to allow people to be able to have that economic prosperity freedom, uh, without them being exploited in the process. So, uh, anyway, I think that's all I want to say in the video today. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this topic. Till next time, as always, take care of yourselves and each other.
