Hey, how do you guys get your business? My name is Jim McCord. I've been a full-time realtor for 26 years, and what I found is the best way to get business is for sale by owners and expireds. Now there's dozens and dozens of ways that you can go after business without question, and you should pick something that works for you, but for sale by owners and expired listings have been my number one choice. It's phenomenal. Why is that? Well, you know, they want to sell. They've had their house on the market either on their own for sale by owner sign, or they've had it listed with another agent and they failed. So that's what I go after. Now, when you're going after for sale by owners or expireds, you're limited. You've got only a few things you can do to try and make contact with them. You got a phone call, you got a door knock, you can go to their house and knock at the door. You can create something and mail them a letter with some brochures of your company.
