In this Lunch‑and‑Learn webinar, hosts Joe and Vanessa present the Whole Hogs case study, showing how the hydro‑excavation company used Mailbox Power’s three‑touch automated direct‑mail campaign to win high‑value contractor customers. Whole Hogs built a prospect list of 20 contractors from the state licensing board, then sent a sequence of personalized packages: (1) a custom‑branded box with a first‑name card, brownies and a laser‑engraved phone holder ($29.17 per prospect); (2) a second custom box with a personalized poker set, brownies and a repeat call‑to‑action ($58.77 per prospect); (3) a third box with a journal, pen, cookies and the same QR‑linked video ($49.63 per prospect). Each package featured merge‑field personalization, QR codes linking to a short owner‑video, and copy written in contractor‑specific language. The total spend was about $2,700. Four recipients called, generating roughly $1.2 million in new recurring annual revenue, prompting the company to buy a new truck and hire staff. The presenters highlight the power of highly targeted, tactile marketing, the importance of a clear customer avatar, and the need to share success stories despite competitive concerns.
