In this brief motivational monologue aimed at apprentices and new workers in the skilled trades, the speaker cautions against the pressure to rush fixes and emphasizes that complex systems need time to reveal their true conditions. Impatience leads to mistakes, while patience allows the system to communicate its state clearly, enabling accurate diagnosis and repair. The speaker clarifies that patience does not mean slowing down, but rather seeing clearly, and encourages listeners to pass this understanding on by helping others learn the same disciplined approach.
