They're watching how you handle problems, how you communicate, and how you react when things go wrong. Not to judge you, but to understand who you are. Because professionalism isn't proven when things go right. It's how you carry yourself when things go wrong. So carry yourself with intention, even when nobody says anything, because your character isn't how you are when others can see you. It's who you are. When no one else is around.
