You don't need to be an AI expert to start using it. Map your workflow, find what's broken, then partner with someone who knows the tools. Curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than technical skill.
You don't have to be an AI expert. So if you're listening to this and you think, I'm not an AI expert, I need to be to even start this, you, you don't even need to have a good idea. You just need to understand your process and what you might want to be better about it, or what you could envision being done differently. Not, not a great idea, just something. And then find the right partners to help make that a reality. Sure, I do think it helps if you're curious and that you have an idea about the technology you want to implement. But really all that does is open doors to discovering other technology that you can use that you may not be aware of. So a combination of the two, but you definitely do not have to be an expert to get started.
