Watch dough get loaded into a hopper, rolled into a log, cut into chunks, and shaped into bagels on an automated two-lane production line. The whole process happens in one continuous flow from hopper to finished bagel.
So this is looking at the kind of the early part of the line. So up on the left is the big dough hopper where the dough went in. It's kind of coming up that ramp, so it kind of rolls it into a big log, comes up this ramp, and the machine on that end, it's kind of rolling it smaller and then cutting it into chunks. And those are getting rolled out, shaped into bagels. And this is, this is called a 2-lane system for Obvious reasons. So we have 2 at a time coming through.
