what it means to have this incredible creativity enabler in your companies. And I sort of mentioned in one of the previous episodes of this how there's an HBS study where they looked at folks doing regular office work and seeing anywhere between 30% to 80% productivity improvement for folks doing their job today. And I think if we think about the kinds of things that we do in manufacturing plants, whether or not it's writing an email describing your shift's huddle or sending summaries around to the company or creating a process doc to remind people to clean up in the kitchen. Like, there's so much stuff that we do in manufacturing that would benefit from this stuff that could allow us to spend in other areas. So, we have to do it safely, create a policy, make sure that our teams are educated. The other one is bring in some folks to help out. I think there's a lot of good technology companies and consultants who are likely out there that are able to help out and to get to make sure that the experimentation is done in a safe way. So that, I think that's a key thing here.
