A production team launched a new tool without asking users what they needed, and it failed. The lesson: involve end users from the start so tools actually simplify their work, not make it harder.

This is something I mentioned that we didn't do well in the beginning. We created a tool as a production team and we introduced it without buy-in, without input, without designing these types of things together. And it did, it did not work. It flopped. And that's, that's why I say that the culture thing, that's, that's been the hardest part for us because we went into this not so great in the beginning, but we've learned from those types of mistakes. Yeah. It just, it's only going to work if we involve the end user from the get-go, making sure that it doesn't make jobs harder, it makes jobs easier, but it makes the company better.
