Because once that threat response happens, and a lot of times threat respon— all we have to do is say Industry 4.0 and it's threatening. People are like, that means taking my job and giving it to a robot. And as soon as your threat response happens, what happens is everything goes to your primal brain and your cognitive brain stops working because your cognitive brain isn't very efficient energetically. And so your brain is like, oh, if I can respond to this with my primal brain, I'm gonna go ahead and do that. And then, and then no learning is happening. And so you have these people, you've spent all this money, you've brought them in, you're having them do this training. And they aren't hearing a thing because all they have in their head is, this is how, this is how I lose my job. This is how I lose my job. This is how I lose my job. So we've got to figure out our own threat responses so that we can figure out how to calm other people's threat responses because they can't learn what we need them to learn until they're calm.
