Companies often overlook the employee communication, leveraging the voice of the customer, or the employees of the customer, the end user. They know exactly how that piece of equipment works. So in order to model and replicate the process, we need to listen to them, hear them, and understand what their feedback is so we can make a change that's, again, not only involving their feedback, but intentional, designed with the outcomes that we seek. So, I mean, that's first and foremost the most important thing that we need to do is, as a society— yeah, I can pick up my phone here and say, yeah, this is, this is great, it's going to solve all my problems. It can help me communicate better, but ultimately, if I don't know how to communicate effectively, this is just a tool. It's a lever to be used in a situation when I know I need to use a lever. But if I don't know how to use that lever— Yeah. The onus is on me to identify the process, the people, and the structure around that that will help me effectively remove that obstacle and get to, get to my desired end result.
