Another thing that I like to mention about gamification and games in general is they're universal. Yeah. So regardless of where you're going, where you've come from, what age you are or not, we've all played games. And that's how we started our learning journey, was playing these games in daycare and preschool and things to really retain that information. And so when there's somewhere in our adulthood that we said, oh, games have no business being in certain different places. But if you then think about it, like in the tech world, they started putting game rooms into office buildings and stuff. And so now it's like, can we take those same principles and figure out where's the— so you have the social aspect and what comes from that and what's really great about it. But what— how can we create these type of games that are giving us impactful insights and understandings to who we're working with, how we're working with them, what they need to be most successful, and how can we as a team and as individuals support them in that. And I think that we have the ability to create games out of almost anything that we do in life. And it's just like, I literally started with the, I need to get to know people better. How can I create A questions game and just calling it a game. And people are like, sure, I'll play this game with you. You know, it's, it's kind of one of those instances where let's, let's start back. What are the fundamentals that helped us learn to begin with? And there's a reason why those were the fundamentals, and we should think about incorporating them more into our adult lives and our adult work.
