Invisalign uses QR codes to track each clear aligner tray through a fully automated production line, so the same factory can mass-produce thousands of trays while making sure every patient gets their exact week-specific treatment. Each tray is individually indexed with its treatment week.
And if you look at the Invisalign production system, it is highly automated to the tune that each one of those little trays that they make, they index it with a QR code to know exactly which tray it is, meaning week number 1, week number 5, week number 10. And that's completely automated. It's hands-off for people being able to, you know, produce these things. So yeah, it's large-scale manufacturing. So the mass production capabilities, but customized for every single individual person.
