Data integration, not cybersecurity, is where clients struggle most. Building platforms for a 5-to-10-year horizon with scalability, security, and portability in mind lets you add new services later without major rework.
I was wondering where you find your clients need the most care and help, whether that's in cybersecurity or data integration. Where do you find you need to spend extra time with them explaining how things are working?
It's a good question. It's mostly on the data integration side. But as I said, I think at the start where when we design any solution, the architecture is based on the scalability, security, part of it and portability part of it, where the platform that you're building, not building for right now, right? You're building it for next 5 to 10 years with the industry standards and the customer data increasing, the security threats, and the scalability of the solution where you should be able to add new offering and new services to the product without have to do much modification in it.
So I think it's most on the data integration part of it.
