You mentioned like taping boxes for 8 hours. I don't know. Boston Dynamics is something that was really cool that we featured a couple weeks ago in a different conversation. Just released a new robot that can like handle packages. I don't know if they're taping them yet, but they're certainly like loading them onto boxes and off. And so it's the folks that were doing that job of unloading trucks and loading trucks and just moving boxes around all day. Now there's a robot that's able to do that at like a rate of 600 boxes per hour. And the folks that were formerly loading and unloading these boxes are now the technicians for this robot. So I think that's like a perfect example of what you're mentioning of we want to retain talent and attract folks that are gonna be interested or in, or have the skills to be able to operate these kinds of machinery. But yeah, everyone looks for purpose and, you know, something that's really exciting in their job. And to work with a robot is much more exciting than working with boxes.
