So, you know, what key tips would you have for young women who are thinking about their future studies that would lead them to manufacturing someday?
I would say that this is the same kind of advice, and it's very short, that I would give anyone that was considering a change in career or what to do with their life when they grow up, is to reach out to people in the industry and ask them their experience and then measure that with what you value and what you're interested in.
