Cooley Group's extrusion manufacturing generates massive sensor data daily, but Excel spreadsheets can't extract actionable insights. Even after Lean and Six Sigma improvements, they've hit a plateau and need advanced analytics to push further.

How do you describe Industry 4.0 to others? How do you see that? I'm sure you've had to do that inside your factory.
Yeah. So the, the way, I guess the way we express it in, in Cooley Group is leveraging information, leveraging data to solve issues and to gain insight that we have yet to tap into. Our process, I mentioned that our process is extrusion. It's quite technical. There are lots of inputs, a lot of sensors, a lot of data that we are capturing from PLCs. There are problems. And with all of the data that we have, it is very difficult to look at an Excel spreadsheet and be able to see, okay, that's where our issue is based on the data. We get to a point probably in a lot of organizations where we've put as many lean principles and Six Sigma projects, all of those things to use. But what kind of gets us to that next level? And that's the leveraging of some deeper analytics and some more advanced analytics in order to kind of get you off of that plateau that a lot of these organizations are sitting in. Just to, you know, just to get to the next level.
