I realized that the operator knows more than anybody else because there's this nuance to running the control that the engineers and supervisors, managers don't see because they're not there knee-deep in it every day. And so as I started to look at the Industry 4.0 execution, I'm like, well, how do we get that operator input? We have to have that operator input. So we worked on, at Covestro, different ways to try to Standardize the approach to engage operations because you absolutely want to listen and you want to incorporate that feedback into your overall solution.
