People come to work and it's not assets, it's not anything like that. We have to remember that everybody comes in, we have good days and bad days, and we have goals. And one of the things I learned earlier in my career was not everybody wants to be a CEO, right? So you have to find out what your people, what your teammates want to be when they get older, what they want to be as they progress, and help them get there and kind of ferret it out for some of the younger people who don't necessarily know exactly what that is. So for me, what that means is once someone kind of has a line of sight of what they want, or at least what they want to try, I want to train them, develop them to meet the objectives that we have in our current group, in our current role, exceed them where possible, and then also prepare them for that next step. I've had conversations a lot of times with my employees where I talk about my job is to train you, develop you for your next role. And if I do a good job of that, it'll be done within 18 to 24 months.
