We really focus on asking thought-provoking questions that can be very ambiguous in answers. And so in a lot of cases, we might ask a question, and I was— I always should get prepared for this. A lot of my favorite questions are questions that are more from the personal standpoint, but we also have— we focus on 5 different key areas within our games. And so we have games that are focused on engagement morale. Then we have games that are focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. But then we have our whole suite that's really focused on the workplace. And so we have team development games. So you're forming, storming, norming, performing, all those. We have games focused under there as well as risk and opportunity. So all those fall under team development. Then we have leadership development games and we have professional development games. So some that are like, hey, I want to be a people leader. How does that look? Or like, I'm a program manager or something. So even if you don't have direct reports, you're still like that service type of leader. And so really focused on the professional development. But then we have games that are focused on— or that's personal— professional. Yeah, professional development. And then personal development as well.
