In this monologue, the speaker shares practical advice for manufacturers and other businesses on leveraging public ChatGPT and Azure OpenAI models with their own data. He recommends assigning a simple homework exercise: ask each top lead across functions to propose three questions they would ask ChatGPT, then collect the diverse, often surprising answers to spark creative use‑case thinking. One thing to add to that that I found interesting is if you look at— so when I have been talking to various different, you know, clients out there, manufacturers, about the impacts of the public ChatGPT and the Microsoft Azure OpenAI models that you can get to base it off your own data, when it's explained to customers and then assign some homework to them, things like, hey, ask every one of your top leads for all the different functions, if you could ask 3 questions, to a ChatGPT, what would they be? And to come back and see what they come back with. I've had every single company come back with totally different answers, oftentimes where I come back and go, I never thought about that. That's genius. And if you think about that, every single customer that you're dealing with, that shows the power of the creativity. The other side I think is interesting is there are integrators out there that do, you know, the ChatGPT models through typically, at least right now, it's just the Azure OpenAI available ones for your own data that you can have. But when you have different, you know, integrators of this show their demos, I actually encourage companies to listen to 2, 3, 4, 5 companies do this because they're not even explaining it the same way because they're all taking the same fundamental capability and they've come up with their own creative ways to show how it can impact a company. And I can't think of other technologies where you have the base fundamental similarity, but then when you have someone you know, explain what to do, they're apples and oranges. They're not even competitive because they're talking about totally different use cases, applications, business value. And I think that will normalize after maybe a year or so.
