Foreign.
Welcome to the next episode of the Unstoppable Profit podcast. This is a very special first time ever podcast where I've got my amazing, incredible UPP teammates here because we want to extend a very special message to all of you in celebration of thankfulness and gratitude because it's that time of year and so what we thought we would do is share with you everything or up to five things that we're grateful for. And we just want to encourage you to have that attitude of thankfulness and gratitude every single day. So one of the things that came up in our collaboration. Good morning, team.
Morning.
Good morning. Morning. Morning. So anyway, in collaboration yesterday, we invested, we didn't spend. It's a mindset, right? We invested six hours together working on up, up the business aspect to better serve you. And was it an amazing day? Absolutely, Absolutely amazing. We are rocking and rolling and ready to serve you like nobody's business in the coming year. So we're pumped, excited, and it brought to light that one of our core values, one of our six core values in our business, which we all, by the way, hint, hint, teaching tip, fully described it in our own words, from our own heads and our own hearts, what growth and all of our other core values meant to us. It was a great exercise and, and getting not only to learn more about each other, but to learn why we do what we do at UPP and to better serve UPP Nation. So we are thankful and grateful and we want to share a little bit about our thankfulness and gratitude this morning. So our core values, one of them is gratitude. So we're going to talk about that this morning. But just so you know, the other five are commitment.
Passion, impact, integrity and growth. And we all have definitions for that. It was so it was such an honor yesterday, team, to be able to share that together. Thank you. I am thankful and grateful for every one of you. So what I'd like to do for this very special thankfulness podcast, have each of our teammates introduce themselves, share just a little bit about who you are, I mean, maybe where you're from, first name, last name, all that, and go ahead and take it away and share some of the things that you're thankful for as an encouragement for everybody that's either listening or watching this podcast. And we will go to the Unstoppable Andrea Wyatt first, our incredible program director.
Andrea hi, my name is Andrea Wyatt and I currently live in Menifee, California. I have had the pleasure of working with Mike and the Unstoppable Profit Producer program since its birth in what, 2013. Truly honored and blessed.
Yeah. And at the program I'm the program director. So I can help you with anything that you really need from the website to documents to marketing help. So give me a call. Anyways, yes, I would love to share what I am thankful for. I'm thankful for the Lord for blessing my life every day with so many blessings. I just can't thank them enough. And thankful for my family. They're just unconditional love. Consistently.
Just truly, truly blessed. We're thankful for all the amazing, genuine, just great people that we have the pleasure to work with each and every day. I feel completely blessed every day that I wake up and have this opportunity. I'm thankful for all four of these awesome team members for just always having my back. Just great, great people. And I couldn't be more honored to work with them. And I'm also thankful for all of our veterans and those that are currently serving. Thank you for your service and for your sacrifices for our freedom.
Wow. Thank you. That was a great share and a great list of things and a lot, you know, popped into my head. Some additional ideas to add to my thankfulness list and I hope that everybody that's out there either listening or watching this podcast also got those same ideas to add to your gratitude list to implement in your lives every day and to share with others. So I'm going to go to the unstoppable Joel McKinley next and come on Angel. I'm Joel McKinley.
I sometimes your episode partner when we record these podcasts. I currently live in Fayetteville, North Carolina right outside of Fort Bragg. I've been with UP since 2019 and I am the Accountability for you director, which means for all of our platinum coaching members, I get to check in with them, see where they're at with their goals and then find out what more we can do to help them, support them in accomplishing and crushing their goals for the year to come. So to start out with what I'm thankful for, I Woke up at 2:47, grabbed my notepad and I wrote down a couple of things. I wrote down that I'm I am so incredibly thankful for the most valuable currency that so many people throw away. More than diamonds, more than cash. I am thankful for the currency of time. You can never get more of it. You can never make it. You can never, you know, go back and take it back. What you have is all you get. So I'm thankful for the time that I get with my friends, my family, my loved ones, my goofy dog. I'm thankful for the time that I get to spend in my hobby. And you know, Andrea mentioned veterans. And I'm so incredibly thankful for all of the people that I got to serve with and the ones that are currently serving now. So I'm thankful for the small things that most people overlook. I'm thankful for having hot water because I remember times where we didn't have hot water or we didn't have showers. I'm thankful for a shower. I'm thankful for running water. I'm thankful for indoor plumbing. So the incredible small things that so many people often overlook, and it's not until they're taken away that you realize how important they are to you. So those are the two things I'm grateful for. Currency and small things.
Wow, that was a great share and I love your definitions below the things that you're thankful for too, to think about it in a different way. And that's just part of how we collaborate here as a team. At upp, we all think about things differently, but we come together to our central core purpose to which is, you know, primarily serving you. So and we had the. The incredible honor of tweaking that a little bit yesterday. And simply our core purpose is to impact people's lives personally and professionally. So that's our goal in serving all of you. Great share. Joel McKinley. Thank you so much. We're going to zoom over to the unstoppable Anita Hernandez. Hey, Anita, come on in.
Hi there. Yes, My name is Anita Hernandez and I work on the member experience side and marketing side at upp. I am the newest member of the UPP family. So I'd say one of the things that I'm thankful for that is having everyone, my teammates, my leaders, the community at UPP being so welcoming and open arms this year of me being able to enter into the UP community. So that's one of the things going off of that I am just completely grateful and thankful for. Another huge thing I'm grateful for is my experiences and knowing that every experience that I've gone through that I know my family or my loved ones have gone through have defined who I am. And I've created who I am because of those experiences. Good, bad, funny, sad, however they are, I've become who I am because of those. So I think that's a huge thing that I. I take for granted sometimes, because sometimes, you know, you feel like you need to have the regret or anything. But to me, those experience have. Have made me who I am. And I am grateful where I am in life because of those. And then another huge thing I'm grateful for is the people I surround myself with. I have surrounded myself. And you have your family that has given to you, but then you have your family that you choose. And I think that's such a powerful tool that I have that in my work life and my personal life. So I'm very grateful for that as well.
Awesome. That's an amazing share. Great job. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you, Andrea. Thank you, Joel. Thank you, Anita. And I've been thinking about this. We talked about keeping it to five, but I'm going to probably go on a little bit here. Um, there is so much to be thankful for and so much to be grateful for. And I was encouraging some friends of mine, my F6 group, which is definitely on my gratitude list. It's. It's a group of guys that I huddle with via text most mornings. And we're just trading things that we're grateful for from a spiritual standpoint, which is at the top of my list. The first thing that I'm grateful for is my faith and my relationship with the Lord. Every day we are invested in that, to become more, to live in that particular realm. So that's at the top of my list. But next is my family. I am super grateful and thankful for my family, albeit, I'll be completely transparent here, an open book.
We're as dysfunctional as the rest of them, but unconditionally, and I was taught this by my parents. We love each other, no matter the good, bad, and the indifferent. And is it always easy?
No.
But we just have that within our family. We have a large family, so it's always moving. Something is always happening. Something's always coming out of left field. But I am grateful for that environment and the opportunity to teach and to love and do everything else within our family. It's just a great opportunity. So that's the next thing I'm grateful for. The other thing I'm grateful for is my freedom. I get to. I don't have to do anything. I get to wake up every single day knowing that I have freedom to study what I Want to give how I want to live, how I want. Thank you, Joel McKinley and all the other veterans out there, past, present, and those coming in the future who protect and defend that. Living in the greatest country on earth, having that freedom, it's something that's very precious and a lot of people take for granted. We should never take that for granted. I am so grateful for my freedom, the fact that I get to walk out of my, you know, driveway before dawn every day, learning and becoming more. I can walk or run around the streets that I live on, just learning and becoming more. That freedom is just so vitally precious and don't ever take that for granted. So I'm grateful for my freedom. Next. I am grateful and thankful more than I express sometimes. Team, thank you for forgiving me, but I am grateful and thankful for my team. These three teammates, they are awesome. They are forgiving, they are collaborative, they are relentlessly dedicated to the purpose that we're looking to accomplish on behalf of all of you. And they are faithful and caring and loving and everything else. So I am thankful and grateful for every one of them and I am privileged and honored to stand by their side as we continue to serve everybody out there in UPP Nation and the industry and beyond. And that's part of that thankfulness as well. The insurance industry has been an incredible, amazing.
Blessing in my life and the lives of my family because it's what it's given back to them. And the almost 36 year journey coming up here in the industry has been an absolute treat. Has it been easy? No. But nothing good in life comes easy. So I am thankful and grateful for that. And lastly, I am thankful for UPP Nation. UPP Nation is a dedicated.
Amazing, passionate group of agents that are out there looking to become more every day. And the inside stories that I am privileged to experience walking by their sides, the time that we're here at the table, and their private one on one coaching sessions, the things that I learn, the things that they tell me, the tears that come to their eyes of joy because the amazing things that are happening not only professionally but personally in their lives because of that experience, it is an honor and a privilege. And that might be a good opportunity to share right here just some of the characteristics of the people inside of UPP Nation. And living the UPP life, which we all have behind us is not for everybody, but for the dedicated few who have made that intentional choice to become more, to live the UPP life. Here's who those people are, and you might be wondering what does this look like so let me share it with you right now. They are coachable. They want to become more. We all have coaches. I mean, everybody on this panel has a coach that they're studying under, right? I still have three of them that I invest in. It's a mindset, it's an investment to become more and it continues to develop and change my own personal life, personally and professionally in so many ways. So they're coachable, they're growth oriented, they're open to change. John Wooden said, failure is not fatal, but failure to change might be. So we've got to continue to change. They're learn it alls. Back to the days of our teammate Supergirl, who used to be one of our teammates. She used to say, I'm a learn it all, I'm a grow it all. That was so awesome when she used to run around saying that with her Superman Supergirl cape on right tap.
Yeah.
That was so much fun. Many of you remember Supergirl, they're accountable, they're team players. Remember, together everybody achieves more. They have an abundance mindset, not a scarcity mindset. There's plenty for all out there. They have a passion for giving back. The law reciprocity is always in effect. I was collaborating with a platinum coaching member this morning on the fact that we have a passion for giving back and the law reciprocity is always in effect. They're action oriented. They believe that only action is going to get them to the next win or the next lesson. Their results driven. They're driven by the results. They're looking for a long term coaching relationship. And most importantly, and the ones that have this highest achievement within UPP Nation in living the UP life are those that show up and participate. So if that's you, and you might be listening or watching this and you want to learn more, just please reach out to Andrea Wyatt, schedule some time with her and she can explain to you exactly what that looks like. We are here to give in reciprocity because we are thankful and grateful for every one of you and the opportunity to serve you and in every way. And we just wanted to express today the depth of our thankfulness and gratitude for you, team. I am grateful and thankful for you in collaboration. Anything else? Anybody have anything else they'd like to share with UP Nation and the industry Nation out there?
Just wishing you all and your loved ones and everything a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving week.
Awesome.
Mike, do you think the viewers on YouTube might deserve an extra special treat since they're listening and watching you mean.
We should use 100% of the faculties. 100 of the time.
I'm just saying for those that invested the time to not only watch, but also to listen. I think they should get the Sol for Thanksgiving.
Ah, no, you mean thus all.
I think we should give them the saw.
All right. We're gonna give them the saw. Should we give them the saw right now?
We should give them the saw right now.
And Andrea White should get ready.
Should we do this? All right, now, Joel McKinley, is Andrea ready?
Yes, I can.
Yeah, we are.
Let's do it. She's gonna only do the one thumb saw for various reasons, but anyway.
Yes.
1, 2, 3.
It's.
It's sweeping the international platforms. This all. And by the way, this all. I. I don't want to reveal too much publicly, but the Saul, his numbers just continue to be off the charts in a positive way.
Absolutely.
Funny how that works. Speaking of showing up on participating, right?
Absolutely.
Yeah. Awesome. Anything else, team?
Well, grateful for you.
