Can You Inherit Trauma from Your Ancestors?

Duke University is doing studies on survivors of the Holocaust and that the next two generations of the Holocaust show on their biometric data points that they suffered a severe trauma, even though the children and the grandchildren of survivors of the Holocaust were not alive. So there's unconscious signals. So it wasn't their brain, it was their nervous system. It's almost like they entered into the world with a coding and a program of like, this is what's gonna happen, right? This is how you're gonna respond. You're gonna be more susceptible to this disease or you're gonna be more afraid of this or whatever.
