What inspired you to really find this deeper purpose and meaning in your life? When I was 19, I was leading a campus organization. It was ministry, actually. I had this download of my purpose on life is to unlock people's divine potential. I've been obsessed with performance. How do I get the most out of myself, but also how do I help others get the most? But then I started noticing patterns. So, you know, you watch Good Will Hunting and you can see he's like downloading mathematical patterns. Yeah, yeah. And I can see psychological patterns. I can see now because of my deep dive into trauma. And so many people, we almost get emotionally constipated. So I can go in and move that out. Ah, yeah. And then I see language patterns. How is our language programming our reality? Like, the words we say today dictate the results tomorrow. Words are like a boomerang. We throw them out and they come back. Love that. So it's really important to acknowledge the feelings, but then also reprogram our words to reflect the future we want to create.
