In this brief political commentary, the speaker highlights that Kamala (presumably Kamala Harris) is receiving increasingly positive press coverage and is presenting herself in a way that pleasantly surprises the public. In contrast, Donald Trump is facing growing criticism, including references to JD Vance and other actions, indicating a decline in his campaign momentum. The speaker emphasizes that momentum is a crucial factor in political races, noting that it is difficult to reverse a trend when the prevailing momentum is against a candidate.

Kamala is getting more positive press. She is showing up in a positive way. She's speaking in a way that is surprising people positively instead of negatively. Donald is not looking great. He's getting more and more criticism, it feels like, for JD Vance, other things that he's done. And momentum is not heading in the right direction for Donald. Momentum is your friend, and it's hard to turn the tide when the tide is going with you or against you.
