So this is the majority of my mostly daily supplement stack and I have a great combination for Organifi's Green Juice. I think it's the best tasting green juice on the market. They have a lot of other great products as well. Dopamine is a powerful neurotransmitter that we need more of, especially in our dopamine-addicted society. This Novuslab product is all about organ health. So I take that. MitoQ helps with mitochondrial function, which is very important for energy and longevity. Vitamin D3 and K2. 2, really important. This is Bryan Johnson's Longevity Mix. I think that's a phenomenal mix. I'm drinking that right now. It has a lot of great nutrients. Perfect Aminos has a complete amino acid profile that we need, especially in exercise, building muscle. Ancestral Supplements has some great organ products. If you think older generations used to eat liver, which tastes like crap, Panax ginseng is great for stamina. And then Healus Health has a great complete biotic, which is butyrate, which helps restore healthy gut microbiome. So I really love that. Trace Minerals has a lot of great nutrients and minerals for water. I put in our daughter's water daily, so when she goes to school, she's got the magnesium, potassium, things like that that she's not going to get— basically been stripped out of a lot of our foods. Creatine from Genfinity as well. We've already covered their NAD, which is amazing. This brand creates a human-like colostrum, basically protects against leaky gut and allows more nutrient absorption. And then Seed probiotics— there's other good ones that probably a little bit better, but Seed's really good as well. And it has some nice slow-release capsules. So those are some of my— or the majority of my supplement stack is right here. And try some of them out if you would
